Hotel is in a great location. About 5-10mins walk from Gran Via near McDonalds and some of the main theatres. Metro stop right outside but we did not need this as we felt everything was walkable from the hotel. 1km from Plaza Mayor and just over 2km from Parque el Retiro. We got an Uber from the Airport to the hotel which cost us about €20-35 depending on the time of day (we flew in late). Staff are very friendly on reception with good knowledge of languages (we are English speakers). The bar staff were also friendly but did not speak English, so for us communication was hard, but you can't blame the staff for our lack of their local language. Upon arrival to our hotel, as it was a special occasion for us, the staff had left balloons and a welcome card in our room which was a lovely touch! The hotel rooms were always clean and fresh towels were provided each day. Nespresso coffee machine provided in the room with a safe and mini fridge. The room also had a TV which had Netflix that we could log into for relaxation in the evenings. Rooftop pool was heated and had lovely views. You could bring drinks up from the bar downstairs if you so wished to enjoy on the roof. The pool was open from 10:00 - 19:30 when we stayed. The rooms are small enough but this is to be expected in a city. Drinks in the hotel bar were expensive enough. We paid €12 for a single shot whiskey and coke. We didn't try the food in the restaurant as the menu looked to be a bit expensive for our budget. 3 pillows each on the bed - one standard pillow, one giant cushion, and one tiny throw cushion - I think it would have benefitted better to get rid of the giant cushion and put in another standard pillow (but this is just my preference, some may disagree, and it was fine to sleep on for 5 nights).…

Hotel has very good location, beautiful interior, comfortable rooms, stunning swimming pool on the rooftop (heated pool) we stayed in March when is still not very hot outside and we were able to swim as the pool is heated. Breakfast was very good,

Wonderful location. Very romantic room and amazing bathroom with a transparent glass that aloud to see everything while our partner is on the bath. Recommended for couples and very near of the Noviciados metro station on the red line, 3 stops until gran via or chueca and 5 minutes walk distance of the centre of Madrid. The staff is very nice.

- Good location - very small room and tiny bathroom - complicated reservation process - no real chair in the room. There was some piece of modern and uncomfortable furniture similar to the shape of a chair that looked more like something to hand one’s clothes on. - good breakfast but doesn’t open until 8:00 am. Not good for early risers.

The hotel appears to be quite new and is set on a Main Street just off Gran Via in Central Madrid. There isn’t direct public transport to the hotel so I’d advise get Cabify it’s only about €20 and much less hassle! The rooms are very well appointed, well finished with an excellent shower and gorgeous toiletries. Be warned however the rooms are small and there isn’t much hanging space and the showers are in the centre off the room (see pics!) Mr H and I didn’t mind that though and found it comfortable. We loved the easy access into the city for sight seeing. The staff were friendly and the bar man remembered our drinks! It was too cold to try the pool and we didn’t have breakfast as for me €15 was too much when I don’t eat much but overall found it very good.

Excellent hotel. Brand new August 2022 formed in a very stylish, boutique style. Located immediately next to the Noviacado metro in the hipster Malasaña district. The well known Pez Tortilla is in the street right next door. The views of Madrid from the roof are spectacular. Although on the edge of the city centre, you feel as though you’re in authentic Madrid. Rooftop pool is a must in Madrid during August. Staff very friendly and attentive. Adults only hotel. Perfect for couples.
