Madrid being a gay friendly city, I found it strange to be quizzed why two males should be sharing one bed. Hotel room was nice and spacious and located on the 7th floor. Bathroom was also a standout. Something also I found weird, maybe it's a Spanish thing, no tea or kettle in the room to make tea or coffee....

Excellent in every way. The welcome and help from the start was first class. All check in details were dealt with very easily. The room was most welcoming, spotless and comfortable. Help was always on hand for whatever reason. Looking forward to a return visit. Such excellent value for money.

We booked this hotel for our one night stay in Madrid and we were very pleased. Staff was very friendly, hotel was very nice, the room was clean and very comfortable, great night sleep. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It is located a few steps from the subway station, so we really get the best of our short stay in...

Reception staff were polite and cheerful. The room was clean, tidy and bright. Bathroom was the same. Access to the underground car park easily found on google. The metro station within 2 mins. from the hotel giving access to the whole of the city. Will stay here again if passing this way.

This hotel is a little out of the main tourist area , however it is close to a metro station. The room is spotless and spacious and has a view of the bull ring. The hotel is situated near several local bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and polite. There is a supermarket close by to get water/drinks for...

This hotel is clean and in a decent location with friendly, helpful staff. It's at the top of Calle Fuencarral which is a great shopping street and walking down it will take you right to the heart of city centre in about 20/30min. With the name I did think it would be more central, but walking is the best way...

A few steps to the metro, buses, close to good restaurants and also close to a small food market. The staff where very attentive and helpful. Not only that, they surprise us with a...

Hotel is a little bit out of the city centre but literally a 1 minute walk if that to the metro that links you to the rest of the city. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Had plenty of space in the room and the room was cleaned daily. We stayed for 4 nights and you can't fault...
