Fantastic location with great view of plaza. Minimalist, comfortable room. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Get balcony over plaza. Double pained windows so quiet even tho on square and at metro stop.

The best Location, The staff is very friendly. The hotel is on the Sol square, its close to all other attractions, the balcony has a view to the Sol square. Near all the shopping centers. Good restaurants all over.

This is the only place I stay in Madrid. I’ve been here at least 6 times. Either solo with my wife or with family. Great location and staff is very friendly. Watching Sol and everything that goes on is great.

This is not a luxury hotel. It is a very reasonably priced hotel. No transportation to the airport but the subway is right there and it is also easy to get a cab in Puerto del Sol. The hotel does not have its own parking but... More
