Good place for what it is - simple yet modern, not too expansive but everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was pretty good, and we were very happy that we could request a picnic bag for the morning of check out because we had to leave early before breakfast. All the receptionists also spoke English well. Only bad thing was that the blanket was not warm enough for winter weather.
Don't be put off because it is situated on an industrial estate. It's on the outside edge. We chose a room with limited cooking facilities. This consisted of a twin electric hob, microwave, fridge and sink. A kettle and toaster are available at reception for a €10 refundable deposit. There is also a communal eating space with a number of microwaves and grills (must have toasting facilities?). The room was big enough with spacious twin beds, wardrobe with drawers, a shelf to eat you food at, one chair and one stool. Room service was daily. The room and hotel were very clean. This hotel is situated only a 3 min walk from the railway station where you can travel to your heart's content and leave the car at the hotel (happy days). Parking in Madrid is extortionate, if you can find it. …
Ok so after reading reviews on here and on booking website it was mixed reviews I was worried and not I booked the room for £49.52 inc breakfast we was only here for one night we got a taxi from the airport to vertice roomspace it cost around €46 u can get a train however we weren’t sure where the train would stop the taxi driver didn’t know where the hotel was and stopped to ask for directions checked in fine receptionist was lovely and helpful u can pay additional for breakfast at €7 each if u didn’t book b&b the room well what can I say it’s basic I had to laugh literally a bed tv wardrobe and a desk air con didn’t work but it was cold anyway but if u come here in the summer u may wanna make sure it works the bathroom was small and the shower well u couldn’t swing a cat!!! I asked for another blanket as we were cold and they brought us one in madrid city centre isn’t far got the train which was €4.40 for x2 adults one way however cause we didn’t know how to use the ticket machine we ended up with a single so had to buy another to get bck u need the C3 line which takes u to sol which is the city centre bare in mind when u buy a ticket it only accepts card not cash but the main stations accept cash literally a 20-30 min train ride overall the hotel is ok for 1 night anymore than that I would choose something else Breakfast was standard the hot food scrambled egg sausages and bacon didn’t look every warm so didn’t touch that the breakfast was ok continental style I’ve had better breakfast else where in all honestly for 1 night it was fine the bed was comfy only thing is another pillow and another blanket and it would have been good Downstairs there is a little break room with vending machines to get food and also microwaves which I thought was a nice little touch…
Basic hotel, basic rooms, very cold, plain and functional. Surroundings also horrible - you don't want to wander out at night! Suggest that you only stay here if you have business nearby and you get a very good rate.
Good afternoon. WE CANCELLED OUR DOUBLE ROOM RESERVATION. And we still didn’t get our 85€ back. WE NEED HELP PLEASE. Cause everyone ignores us. We ve been texting to the booking and they said that you had to answer to our request. Cause the time between the reservation and cancellation was 10 mins literally and i chose free cancellation request. The night from 22/02-23/02/2020. My name is Elmira
Very basic room - just what we expected for the money, tiny shower corner, 5 min to train station-20 to centre by train. This is industrial area, nearest supermarket is 20min walk.It is not worth to pre-pay breakfast here, they are served in next door coffee bar upstairs and you can pay at the bar, after your first breakfast here ,there is very high possibility you will rather choose to eat in town.
Hotel located in industrial area, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, train station opposite to the hotel available each 15 minutes to go to Madrid city centre. supermarket near by you have to walk minimum 800 m to reach. briefly it's not recommended to couples and families.
The staff is a lifesaver in this hote. I'd like to make a compliment to Leo and to say that I can't understand why they have Ivan at the reception. He is one of the rudest receptionist I've been so unfortunate to meet. It's cheap and that's it. It's dirty, and everything in the gym is broken If you seat in the lobby to escape the tiny room, you'll get bitten by mosquitoes. Great laundrette though.
We stayed here for the Champions League Final in a triple room which was quite large and had a small kitchenette. Ideal for the 3 of us. The only issue was trying to book in, as they wanted immediate payment in full and the room had been booked by one of our friends, so they wouldn't recognise us as staying here. it was eventually sorted. The train station is 2 minutes away and run every 30 minutes into centre of Madrid. There is not much else around, although it does have a small bar and serves food. We had a fantastic weekend there as Liverpool won the Champions League. YNWA.
We only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights...which was enough as we found it hard to get where we wanted ( it may have been because we were in madrid for football) but some train stations closed and some taxis wouldn't take us to the hotel from the center of Madrid...we found that we had to hail the taxis,we were unable to call them...in fact a lovely cafe owner flagged a taxi for us as they can't be called...the hotel was able to ring taxis for us and the reception staff were very good...all the staff were pleasant...the cafe was very good value..I liked the hotel it's a little gem...but a car would have been useful to us
