This hotel is clean and modern, however, it has been built in the middle of an industrial park where you pay a toll to enter. The dining room was closed for dinner and it was explained to us that there is a 24 hour pizza restaurant that will provide room service, but we did not try it. The included breakfast was strictly continental. There is nowhere to go if you don’t have a car (remember the toll for when you return). We were also told that airport transportation was available, a pre-ordered cab for €30. Room was comfortable and the staff were accommodating.

After my Airbnb fell through at less than 48 hours before traveling to Madrid I was lucky enough to find a free room at Hotel Mercader.I can highly recommend this Hotel Mercader. The room was clean, bathroom was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. I also had the wonderful breakfast of a morning. Great way to start the day.

The hotel is great,it's modern, comfortable, great customer service, spacious, a good value and tasty buffet breakfast. We were really happy with everything. However, be careful with your personal and valuable items. My waist clip bag went missing, fortunately it had nothing valuable in it. Wether the cleaner intentionally stole it or it somehow 'accidentally ended up in the bin' through general carelessness I don't know, but when I left my room it was on the desk and when I came back after the cleaners had been in it was gone and nowhere to be found. Very annoyed about this. Reception contacted the cleaner who denied any knowledge of it. The safe in the room also didn't work which was frustrating. In any case, be careful with your personal items. Other than this very annoying and inconvenient incident the hotel was great and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.…

it has great rooms, excellent bathroom with hot tub, and free parking. But its terrible located, not for tourism and unthinkable without a car, and even so, with car, is really hard to drive in, and drive out

Loved the hotel, clean, nice, warmy, decor. The best is the staff, mainly Maika the bes thotel receptionist I have ever seen in many hotels, from 2 till 5 stars. The breakfast is also very good, varied and fresh. But the location is unpleasant.

This hotel is an absolute Joke. we arrived at the hotel after a long drive. we were greeted by a happy chap who was helpful. We had the wheelchair friendly room. However my wheelchair could not fit in the bathroom properly so unable to use the shower. Then after we decided to go to bed my wife lay non the bed only for the bed to collapse. This is a 4star hotel remember. my wife banged her head of the wall due to the collapse. when I checked under the bed, there was a leg missing....wow, right! . the it turn it turns out we had an adjoining room that a new born baby was stopping in and cried most of the night.the carpets were raggered, holes in the curtains. this is not a 4star hotel, 3 star at the most. We did not receive any apology or reason why the bed was missing a leg. please avoid this place…

As usual it is always a nice stay. Hotel rooms are clean, bed is comfortable , bathroom has a good size and staff is friendly. Free parking Breakfast could be improved with simple things like a different bread and maybe scrambled or boiled eggs( just put the boiler and guests prepare it by themselves) . I really like the hotel .

The accommodation is super cheap and still manages to be incredibly comfortable and clean. The rooms are large and the staff is friendly, the only downside is the hotel is a €20 uber from the city although if you use public transport that goes down pretty quickly!

It's far from down town but a good deal, and if you got to do business to that area it's great. Is a little bit weird that you have to enter the business park to get to the hotel but you just say at the gate that you are going to the hotel and that's it.

I was on a Budget trip and needed to find a hotel at a budget price but this is definitely not a budget hotel. Clean, comfortable and well equipped room. A bit out of the way if you don´t have transport - but highly recommended for those who do.
