I stayed here in April for 3 nights with my married friends. We were both able to choose a type of room on arrival – They went for the pop art ‘red’ room (6th floor) and I went for the very modern, all white space aged room (7th floor). The receptionist Guy was exceptionally polite and helpful and didn’t charge...

Hotel was empty and I got an excellent rate of £100. Close to the airport, half way between airport and fowntown, not ideal for downtown, nothing in walking distance. Nice breakfast, good selection but hot food on buffet not hot...lukewarm I had a room on the third floor, comfortable bed, good shower, no bath, no plug in the sink which...

Great stay in this unique hotel. It is very trendy and artistic, which is what should be expected. We stayed on the 6th floor, which had red hallways. All in all very cool, the pool and gym on the top floor were very nice and the bars on the ground floor and top floor were fun.

We stayed on a floor in all white, with good views over Madrid. The theme seemed to be that of the 70s show Space 1999, it was fine for 3 nights, though I think much more would have been like being lost in a snow storm. The hotel is well maintained and well equiped, unusual pool in the rooftop along...

I stayed here over a weekend. I got a room on the 2nd floor, which is a Norman Foster designed floor. Interesting design with leather walls. The front desk customer service was average at best. I had called prior to travel, and had requested a Zaha Hadid room, which they said was not a problem. However, when I was checking...

This hotel has all that a luxury hotel needs, BUT there are many shortcomings that make the experience not worth the price they ask. The key highlight are the rooms, with different, extravagant styles at every floor, but this is the only highlight I found. Apart from this, the food was nothing special, the service in the restaurants was rather...

Stayed 3 nights, fri sat and sun. very strange decor. Stayed on 10th floor, but very dark. Then moved to 8th floor which was done without question by very attentive staff. this was a pure white room with no walls or doors (the complete opposite of 1st room). a surreal experience. Apart from this a very good hotel, although food...

There is simply no other hotel like this anywhere in the world. It's not that it is the fanciest, most luxurious, or most comfortable hotel. It isn't. Rather, it's design is unique. In fact, each FLOOR was designed by a different designer, incorporating a variety of really neat elements. However, form and function don't always line up. So while I...

Stayed here with 5 friends (3 couples) for long weekend in Madrid. Firstly the rate we got was outstanding. Great reception area, and Bar. Great views from bar on top floor also. Wide selection of rooms, a little more concerned with style than practicality but otherwise excellent. Great staff in all areas. Ate at Hotel one night and again great...

The hotel staff could not be more pleasant upon your arrival. I checked in no problem, room was lovely, had great views and was very large. The hotel itself is very well kept and extremely funky! Breakfast is worth a mention since the selection really is excellent. One word though - it's quite far out of central Madrid.
