Nice and stylish hotel in an ideal location right in the heart of Madrid. Room has been clean and even as it aimed towards the street the noise level at night has been acceptable. Tasty breakfast with a good selection. Only the administrative site requires some updates. Only booking as well as check-in did not properly work (almost for our whole group of 150+ people). Received invoice via email for wrong person.

Good hotel in a great location. To get to the hotel and to go from there to the turistic áreas is very easy. Nice accomodations and very clean. The breaksfast is very good. All the staff that i ask for assistance where very nice.althgout it was a good experience i think its a little bit overpriced.

Great hotel. Walking distance to museums! Lots of restaurants nearby! Staff was very friendly and the ambiance in the lobby, restaurant and bar is unbelievable! Appetizers in the bar area were delicious snd the bartender was nice and friendly! Everything was perfect!

Overall the hotel is quite nice and modern and a good location. However we could hear a lot of noise from the nightclub next door which affected our sleep. When we complained to the reception staff they did not offer any compensation and we were not warned before checking in. Also they charged us twice for our dogs. Unless I receive some sort of compensation by way of an apology I will not be staying here again.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were super comfortable with the best quality bed linen and towels and very clean. The hotel is close to the train station which was good for our onward journey. Good breakfast. All in all this was a great stay and very good value for money. We stayed for one night in a standard room.

Although I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, I’ve somehow managed never to stay at a Raddison Red before. I was genuinely impressed, all good, no issues, will choose the brand proactively in future. This particular hotel in Madrid was great - the staff were all helpful and happy to help, always going a little further to help than I’d expected.
