Enjoyed our stay at this hotel . Reception staff were helpful when required. Location good for proximity to town centre metro and many attractions . The waitresses who were working at breakfasts were excellent very helpful and friendly they made breakfast very enjoyable .
We stayed 3 nights right before breakfast. The room is spacious, but the bed and pillows are not that comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. We would not have had breakfast there after the first day if we had not prepaid for the breakfast. I think that we would consider staying closer to the old town.
It was a pleasant surprise to find this property. Excellent lo location in the center of Madrid yet away from the noise and traffic. The best part is the team. The reception, breakfast, and housekeeping all work in tandem to provide outstanding quality of service with warmth and smiles. Cleanliness and comfort are at the top. Room service from the restaurant on the corner Viena, was great; very fast, good, and reasonably priced. Definitely going back.
Hotel very close to the city center, 10 minutes walking distance. Very good and professional welcome from the staff of the hotel. Rooms modern and clean. Very rich breakfast and good quality of the food. To be improved: the coffee machine, medium quality.
In my previous review (pre-Covid), I said I'd stay here again. I did. There isn't much to say besides that I still think this is a great hotel. Location is great. It's less than an hour from the airport via the Metro. There are many restaurants in the area and the shops of Gran Via are a short walk away. Real Palace, the Temple of Debod (free), Cerralbo Museo (short visit) are nearby. It's easily walkable to Plaza Mayor / Sol and even to Retiro (it's less than 1.5 miles). There's also a small supermarket on the next block (Dia). The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean, roomy. There is a safe, microwave, fridge, stove, hot water pot in the rooms. The minibar was very well stocked. The staff were all great - front desk, breakfast crew, housekeepers. There is a garage available. There were some differences the second time around. I booked a normal-sized room this time (I accidentally booked a double or something like that the last time) and I thought it was quite a good size and perfect for one or two. There was plenty of closet space. I had a room in front of the hotel. There was minimal exterior noise. There is a school right across the street but the kids don't seem to be outside in the morning. I booked the hotel at a later time in the year and the price was amazing. It's an amazing value / find. Most importantly, I booked the breakfast option this time (there was a promotion). The breakfast is spectacular. The churros had a greasiness that is absolutely addictive. There was an amazing selection and everything was great - juice, fresh fruits, coffee, meats, croissants, pastries, and churros, churros, churros. I would come back a third time.…
If you are a tourist, the location of the hotel is excellent for walking, as it has several sites close by. My room was well equipped. The service was very pleasant. The breakfast was good. There was something for different tastes.
My wife and I stayed at this remarkable hotel Suites Viena Plaza de España for four days. Located a stone's throw from Plaza de España and close to the massive Gran Vía street. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice rooms with, in our case, a large comfortable deluxe bed. A small kitchen with a microwave and a stove with two plates. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. I can really recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed. Affordable and very comfortable
They are very friendly, the breakfast is very good - above all the coffee. The rooms are clean, looks like the pictures. At night it is silent. Only a few minutes to go to the center of Madrid, a lot of parks nearby.
Excellent small(ish) hotel. Close to the centre of Madrid. Clean , spacious rooms. Paid a small extra amount for a junior suite with a terrace, well worth it. Bathroom was a decent size and had the required toiletries Staff excellent, both Paco on reception and the breakfast crew.
Staff members were very frinedly and spoke very good of English. The rooms were very clean and maintained in an excellent manner. My team enjoyed staying in this place very much, and we look forward to coming to visit again.
