Appalling location. Entry through barbed wire fence and parking, view on highway. Shabby Lobby decor. Desperate, disoriented and uninterested staff. Weird location of elevators which gets you to boxed rooms. Hallway and rooms seems as if they were used by millions. Totally waisted and used. Mattress laid on light construction with a feel that it will crawl any moment you... More

Booked this hotel for a short stay in Madrid. About a 20 minute walk to the Metro, it is convenient for accessing the airport and city center. The hotel has a modern aesthetic. Room was clean but seemed a bit small. Bathroom was nice (sink is glass and the basin depth is a little deceiving). Hotel provides a bar and... More

I stayed at AC Hotel Madrid Feria while in Spain on business, it was very convenient to walk to the office in the morning. The rooms were fine, clean, modern and had all mod cons. The staff were friendly and happy to assist. The restaurant served good heart food and breakfast also had good variety ...I was very impressed that... More

Around 20 mts from airport. Stayed just for a night. Friendly staff. 10 to 15 mts drive to many indian restaurants. Pls arrange taxi from hotel and they would be there quick as we could not find taxis outside, probably becz it was 10 pm. Book a taxi from hotel if you are going to airport early morning and the... It's an Hotel near a business park. In the evening there's nothing in the surroundings. The room are good enough to spend one or nights, the wifi was good and a large tv in the room. The breakfast was also good with many different things to taste. The coffee is Nespresso and for me this is a must.

It's a nice layover modern hotel to stay and get some rest after a long flight. The closest metro station is San Lorenzo which is approximately 5-10 minutes walk. There are mostly business offices around the hotel. If you want to go to central Madrid, take the metro at San Lorenzo station then transfer at Goya and get off at... More

Strange how every week they cut the internet access and room tv, I guess they don't trust anyone. Breakfast is fine but they always run out if fried eggs, l wonder if it normal to serve cold baked beans for breakfast, no one complains. The rooms are good but don't touch the laundry service unless someone else is paying. The... More

I stayed at this hotel at least twice/month over a 3 year period, for business. Found the staff to be very accommodating, speaking excellent English and helpful with any requests I made. Rooms are small, but very comfortable, clean and minimal in decoration. Excellent air conditioning or heating when needed. Great showers and bathroom. Dined there frequently and found the... More

Nice and clean rooms, with good TV (a little bit confused regarding the channel alignment), but a little bit noisy, specially during the first hours of the morning due the fact that the hotel is near a highway. My room was placed on 5th floor, with the window out to the highway. Nice hotel for rest after a working day,... More

Not much to do around but running in the Juan Carlos Park was good. And since the airport was the target, it was OK. Parking in basement. Room in 5th floor looked good. Bed so so, felt like falling apart but was fixed. Noise from neighbor-room and from hall was intense. Slamming doors in other rooms felt like inside my... More
