At the reception, we were struck by the slow check in, despite having given our details online and being friends with Paradores. The printer was not working.
At breakfast there was only one waiter for the whole room, but admittedly he gave everything.
The pool was a space that needed good cleaning and the floor surrounding it unpresentable.
We were grateful to be allowed in the lounges and pool although we had checked out, as it was very hot and the plane left in the afternoon
The location of the parador is phenomenal, with unique views of the city, the port and the sea. Three minutes from the main street (something worse is then going up the hill to the inn).
All the staff were very friendly, highlighting the cleanliness of the room and the dining room service. MarĆa Ćngeles and Domingo are two great professionals and people. The extraordinary kitchen.
Thanks for everything. We will try to return.

The staff, excellent.
At the height of Paradores.
Gastronomy, very good.
Breakfast more than enough, with the usual āĆ la carteā offers at the other stops. Restaurant menu varied to be able to eat several days without repeating dish. Very interesting regional offers.
Pool, good.
Although very short in size, 14 sun loungers and 4 umbrellas for a parador of about 40 rooms.
Morning hours, from 12:30 to 14:30, clearly insufficient. You have to respect the rest of the guests, but at 11:00, when the breakfast schedule ends, everyone is supposed to be awake.
The Parador building, deplorable.
Deplorable state of preservation with broken floors, loose tiles, cracks everywhere, broken hot water, etc.
An embarrassment to the Paradores network.

When you enter reception your heart sinks. You go to a parador and you find this. Friendly staff like everyone else in Melilla. Bad food. Breakfast little variety, but good quality

Pleasant staff at reception and in the restaurant. Complete and quality buffet breakfast
Very good value for money

"No English tea at breakfast so if youāre an avid tea drinker like me take your own tea bags but the coffee from the machine is great."Read full review
