Stayed for a couple of weeks in this nice hotel. It has (paid) parking just beneath it and it is located on the main street in Cartagena. However there are not a lot of restaurants close too it but after a 10 minute walk you'll have plenty. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is excellent with a lot of...

Room was comfortable, shower powerful and with both windows shut the noise from outside was minimal. Not sure about the summer aircon in rooms so windows would be shut. Good blackout curtains. Would stay again for sure. Strong wifi in our room.. Breakfast was a nice spread, Loved the coffee! Will asked No Limts that we stay there again next...

We enjoyed our stay, amenities were good. Coffee making facilities in the comfortable room as well as coffee and cakes available to all on the mezzanine floor. The restaurant attached was very good with a reasonably priced menu del noche.

Very nice, comfortable room. Lack of UK TV channels disappointing, choice of 2 news channels. The real disappointment was that the food service was just a menu in the room for a local takeaway service which you have to order through Reception. However on calling Reception they put you through to an automatic answering service which is only in Spanish,...

The hotel has an interior of the beginning of XX century: Marble, yellow metal, warm filling. Here was one of the best breakfast from our 2-week journey in Spain. But be ready for a noise from the street (this is the most frequently used road in the city) or the view to the wall (other side of the hotel goes...

Stayed in a very large and comfortable room for six days. The breakfast was very good with a selection of fresh fruit daily. The staff were particularly helpful throughout the stay. The hotel is well placed near both the bus and train station. The town is well worth a visit.

I have been to Cartagena on a business trip for five days. The hotel is located on a walking distance from the city center. Clean with friendly stuff. A typical buffet breakfast room is located on the first floor of the hotel and you can enjoy a nice breakfast.

I stayed 9th floor room. So, Wifi is very weak inside room. And, when I arrived this hotel, my room's safe box was NOT working. Next morning, I asked reception clerk to check and repair this box. But, situation was NOT changed after returning from business. It is NEVER safe.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. The hotel was chosen primarily on price, very good value. I had a room on the front of the hotel which was very noisy during street cleaning at 7 until 8am - I would suggest asking for a rear room on check in. Room was spacious, and had a fridge. Nice bathroom and two single beds pushed together (normal in...

Disappointed with this hotel supposed to be 4 star, there was no restaurant and the 'bar' was a serve yourself area with a vending machine and tea/coffee and dried milk powder, breakfast was a small buffet. We asked to be moved to a different room as ours on the first was very noisy from the road outside which was refused,...
