Initially very pleased with easily finding this central hotel and the reception staff very friendly and helpful BUT this morning the RUDENESS of the one and only Breakfast waitress puts us off staying any further nights. She slammed the outside door shut and demanded the room number as I was making the coffee, why she could not wait until we sat...

Stayed here whilst touring Europe. Room was clean, well equipped and spacious. The staff were helpful, welcoming and very friendly. Parking is off road which on a motorbike was very reassuring. It was a 2min walking into the heart of Pamplona where tapas and drinking soon started. The atmosphere is so chilled and relaxed that time flew and before I...

Stayed here one night as I wanted to see Pamplona (which, incidentally was a big disappointment compared to other Spanish cities). As for the hotel location is good, being right in the old city, just within the city walls. Be aware that the approach is up a fairly steep cobbled street if, like me, you are on a motorcycle -...

The good: location, friendly front desk staff, breakfast, the front porch area. The bad: the cleaning staff has keys to room safe, room 304 was tiny and bare - nowhere to sit other than the bed and a tiny stool. I am petite and could not sit comfortably at the ridiculously small desk. I would not spend any more time...

Excellent hotel, fabulous location, staff absolutely lovely. We thought we had gone wrong when we drove in, as we were driving along sided the city wall, up a cobbled road and through lovely arches, but then we saw it in front of us. Secure car park and the offer to park the car. Lovely buffet breakfast, and really lovely courteous...

This hotel has it all. To start with great staff, all who spoke good English and went out of their way to help. The hotel itself is beautiful the rooms perfect. Clean, airy, great beds and bathrooms. It is also perfectly situated for walking around the old town. There are so many shops, bars, restaurants etc as well as people...

I haven't enough praise for how nice this was. The hotel itself is surprising, and going down to breakfast you will understand exactly why it's called "Catedral". The rooms are nice, the view spectacular, and you're up on a hilltop so you can't really pick a wrong direction to face. The staff at the reception were probably the only people...

This hotel is located in the centre of the town near all interesting sites. Staff are friendly, they parked the car and retrieved it when we left. However small things have reduced the score; a shower head that was obviously faulty, noise from other guests and failure to tell us that the restaurant was full when the town was packed...

We were in a rental car using GPS to find this place. It was a bit of a white knuckle drive because we couldn't really believe the tiny little streets we climbed to find the hotel. But once we arrived it was great. They parked our car ($16 a day). The room was spacious and very clean. Beautiful views from...

A lovely welcome from the male receptionist who gave us a map and pointed out places of interest. The room on the top floor was large and airy with fabulous views. All very modern and spotless the bathroom was beautifully appointed and looked brand new. We ate in the dining room which had been converted from a nunnery chapel. It...
