We stayed at Port Fiesta Park for Xmas & new year, staff were friendly, room was lovely and clean, cleaned everyday, food was the best with lots of variety, all inclusive was what we expected. The only downside was the hotel catered more for the Spanish with the entertainment. Would definitely return

This was my first trip abroad on my own hence I was very apprehensive but the hotel was fine. Initially I was a bit disappointed at my room which was very small and had few amenities but it was very clean and remained so throughout my stay. It was on the top (sixth) floor and did have the advantage of...

We came to Benidorm for a week for new year and stayed in this hotel all inclusive. We are still here. So far everything is excellent. The food is perfect. Lots of choice and it's always hot and replenished when needed. The heated indoor pool on the 5th floor is just right as we didn't dare brave the outside Pool...

Just returned from our second visit in Nov to Dec 16 for 3 weeks. The staff are helpful and speak English and food very good and plentiful. Good location not far from both Levante and Poniente beaches and the old town. This is a Spanish hotel and not in British area of Benidorm. We don't mind not having English entertainment...

No english entertainment on at all for the whole 10 days of our stay yet there was enough english paying guests, Hotel was very clean and tidy at all times, food was immaculately displayed but did get a bit boring as it felt like the same foods were being presented to guests, had to pay for water at meal times...

We visited the hotel for the end of the Spanish fiesta and the British fancy dress fiesta in Nov 2016. The hotel has ample car parking, although it is not immediately apparent where this is. It's actually underground opposite the hotel - access is with a swipe card which you have to get when checking in. So you need to...
