The hotel is not super new, and the rooms are not so big, but it's clean and the position is perfect to walking around, is in the city center. Perfect if you are alone. And the staff is super friendly.

We chose this hotel, because it was cheap and for its location. Its near most of the sights and there is busstops right next to this hotel. We got room from 5th floor, but still we could here the noice from the streets...didn't bother us too much. The room is small, but it was enough for us and our luggage....

Chose the hotel due to its location close to a conference venue and proximity to North Station and city centre. The location is the best reason to stay. Whilst I stayed (2 nights) the lift was broken (room was in 5th floor with luggage) and there was no hot water. The wifi coverage was fairly poor and dropped out regularly....

The location is very good. It´s clean. The staff are very friendly and kind. Although the room is small has all the things you need and it´s very clean. It has an elevator to help you with the suitcases. The breakfast is good.

Well situated and very clean. The room was big enough for the two of us (we stayed in more expensive hotels with smaller rooms). The staff was ok. The walls really are thin so be careful when you talk, your audience might be bigger than you think. We didn't take breakfast there, but went out instead.

This hotel's main advantage is its location , you can walk around the city from this hotel . Room was very small in size and toilet was just enough place for one to stand . One thing you can be rest assured that you fell never fall even if you slip in the bathroom. Because there is no place for...

The stay didn't start off well due to a transfer from their sister hotel Vintage to this one. I found the rooms very tired and the musical notes painted on the wall along with musical instruments in places was a little too 'try hard' for me. I would have been happier if they had spent some money on upgrading the...

The location is great - in the city center, very close to the central station. The rooms are nice, the bathrooms are also nice Cons: The staff did not speak English well and the breakfast was not enough

This was the worse hotel of our 6 week trip through Europe. Hotel is noisy, the walls are so thin you can everything, bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, pillows were like crepes and when we asked for a couple more we were told by the older male receptionist no! Lamps were broken, taps were broken! It...

We booked a stay at casual hotel civilisations using Hotels.com, and on the day of arrival we were told by the hotel manager that there was no room available. They put us in a room at casual hotel la música. We paid for a king bed in the lovely civilisations hotel and instead got a noisy, ugly room with broken...
