Friendly place with warm welcome. Room and bathroom very clean and spacious. Great value for money in safe and convenient location. Breakfast was delicious and served personally by Margarita the owner. A caring and considerate lady. I enjoyed meeting guests from all over the world and had some amazing conversations. Thank you for supporting me.

We descended with a pair of enthusiastic children on Margarita's (sp?) Lovely place. We were warmly welcomed in the breakfast /dining/sitting room is full of tiny to massive curios and art and give advice and recommendations far more useful than a guidebook or the Internet. The front room was perfect for a family, if a little noisy on the first...

We stayed for three nights at the Valencia Arthouse and would do it again in a heartbeat! Margarita was so warm and welcoming from the moment we first got there. We were greeted with a glass of Cava and learned all about Valencia. She gave very helpful tips on places to eat, things to see and events going on over...

Margarita is an excellent host, who provides a great breakfast, tells a good tale and is muy simpatica, with lots of suggestions about what to see and how to get there. The room was comfortable and quiet, which is not usually true of...

We fell in love with Valencia and that was due in some part to the accomodation we chose and its delightful hostess, Margarita. Set away from the main tourist area yet still very close, it is a perfect base for exploring the old town. Margarita is vibrant and chatty and the decor of the B&B is quirky and charming. We...
