I stayed with my family (2 children aged 7 and 10) only for one night, but the property is really well cared for and well run by the owner and his family... a thank you to his daughter who came to welcome us just arrived.
Very good suggestions for dinner and advice on the short visit to Matera, which is truly spectacular at any time of day and night.
Very comfortable room, furnished in a functional and spotless.
Breakfast with sweets of various types and savory to meet all requests, served directly at your table.
All the staff very kind, friendly and attentive to customer needs.
Congratulations and keep it up!!

Its location just on the edge of the beautiful old town is perfect for exploring
One of our party was feeling poorly (not related to the really great breakfast provided) and Nicolo went out of his way to provide some medication.
Overall a lovely place and would stay again

The ladies who delivered the breakfast service were lovely, and breakfast was plentiful with a good range of food from fruit and pastries to yoghurt and scrambled eggs.
The rooms were very spacious but perhaps a little sparsely furnished. Bathroom was OK.
WiFi and AC all good.
However, ...the overall feel of the B&B was of someone in the process of moving out. It was a little bare and sparsely furnished both in public areas and our room.
We shared a table for four with the friends we travelled with and on the first day breakfast was all delivered at the same time leaving no space on the table. We did explain that some of the items we would not require on following days so it was less crowded thereafter.
The room was not the cleanest we have had with some fluff on the floor and dirty grouting in the shower along with broken seal on the shower door.
We also felt a little hassled for payment of the tourist tax as we were asked as soon as we arrived and reminded later, as we had no cash on arrival. Other properties seemed to accept payment on departure.
The parking is on the street so luck of the draw as to how close you can find a space as it is a busy town. This is stated in the accomodation details but Booking.com filters don't allow to distinguish between public parking and on street parking
Nice and helpful staff, ready to advise and also wanting to book both guided tours and recommended restaurants.

Really plentiful and quality breakfast. Courteous, fast and competent service. Compliments!
The breakfast area is also really nice.
Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms rated 9/10.
Friendly and competent host.

A small structure with only 4 clean and well-furnished rooms, strategic location a few steps from the Sasso Barisano and the center.
The only flaw is that it does not have parking but you can still find some nearby for a fee.
Really excellent breakfast for both sweet and savory options.
I advise!!
