The location of the Hotel is simply PERFECT, in the immediate vicinity of the main square from where to start visiting the Sassi and enjoy the downtown premises.
The staff is nothing short of amazing, all friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than the times indicated for the garage and the room and found both immediately available. Moreover, at check-in the reception employees worked on very useful tips for visiting the Sassi.
Breakfast is very good and varied, both sweet and savory, with local products highly appreciated.
The rooms have been recently renovated in an extremely functional way, I must say that FINALLY I could appreciate an electrical system DESIGNED for those who must use it, that is the customer, with all the necessary sockets in the right place, the correct lights on, even a blue night light (excludeable).
Courtesy equipment appropriate to the category of the Hotel. Price adequate for services and location.

The hotel is very well located, a few meters from the Sassi. It has closed indoor parking for a fee (ā‚¬15 per day). The rooms are small and minimalist in design. The nightstands are foldable and of low quality, as well as the plugs. Our room faced an interior patio. The bathroom was also small, although completely renovated and with good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast and staff service were excellent. The dining area is very nice with a large terrace with views. Although it is located in a central area, it is not noisy and you can rest well.

The hotel is located in a great location very close to Piazza V. Veneto and the access to the Sassi. Elegant and modern, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money, excellent breakfast and rich in sweet and savory proposals. The rooms are really functional and tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you need, with a very convenient electrical system for the guest. In conclusion to recommend without doubt for a pleasant and quiet stay in the beautiful city of Matera.

The best thing about this hotel is the central location just a few steps from the main square of Matera.
Nice rooms, comfortable beds.
On a collective trip, dinner not much, very good breakfast.
Air conditioning system in the room too noisy.
The bus could reach up to about 400 meters from the hotel, so the management proposed a transport service, for luggage only, at a cost of 5 euros, which then became 6.
I have not joined, I find it absurd that a 4 star hotel proposes such a thing, pagamento.I walk customers suitcases in taxi.
Poor...

Excellent 4 star hotel near the center of Matera. Spacious rooms (standard). And clean. Recently renovated bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of sweet or savory (also typical things). Friendly staff. Underground parking at a cost of 15 euros per night subject to availability, other parking nearby.

The hotel is located in a strategic position, in a few minutes walk you are in the central street of the course and close to the many agencies that organize tours for the stones (we had booked one at the Matera tour). The staff is friendly, the room very clean, equipped with mini bar. Breakfast is plentiful, both sweet and savory. As an extra we used the garage of the hotel (for a fee) but very convenient.

Very central location perfect for visiting the Sassi. Possibility of parking at the price of ā‚¬15 per day. Very friendly and helpful staff, we were even allowed to check in before the scheduled time. The room booked was a triple, not huge, but with a very nice and spacious bathroom as well as a beautiful shower inside. Many lights of different intensities adjustable in multiple points of the room as well as automated shutters. For a 4 star I would have expected better furnishings, but nothing to complain about cleanliness, courtesy, abundance and variety of breakfast options.

Hotel located in a strategic position, very close to the Sassi of Matera, as you just need to turn the street to find yourself at their entrance. We stayed just one night. Renovated hotel so the rooms, although not very large, are very comfortable. The bathroom is nice, well organized, with a nice sink and a nice shower. There are also many types of lights in the rooms, from very bright ones, to dim and night-blue ones. There is an underground garage, convenient, if a little narrow. Excellent sweet/savoury breakfast, with the addition of an external veranda. Good value for money for a 4 star hotel.

Small room, but clean and with all the essentials. Slightly disappointing breakfast due to the choice of assortments, very rigid check-in staff (don't arrive before 3pm because you won't get a room!).
An underground garage is available at a cost of 15 euros per night, very convenient if you arrive by car (alternatively, there are paid parking lots along the road).
Definitely an excellent base for visiting the city, the only flaw was the early wake-up call due to guests on the floor who were talking too loudly.

The hotel is truly a stone's throw from the historic center of the "Citta dei Sassi". It has a convenient covered paid car park, which cannot be booked but can be used while spaces are available. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and have free Wi Fi, air conditioning and mini bar. We found a complete courtesy set, including bedroom slippers which are not always so obvious to find. There was a five year old child with us and we can say that the courtesy of the staff has always been at the top.
