We stayed in Matera in August 2024. When we arrived the welcome was friendly and warm. Immediately after being put at ease, the lady provided us with a map, gave directions on movements and educated on possible destinations to visit in Matera. Spacious rooms equipped with air conditioning, TV and fridge. The bathroom with shower was large, clean and equipped with towels for every need. The breakfast the next day, rich and varied, from various desserts to focaccia, was much appreciated with the family. Highly recommended if you plan to visit Matera, which deserves, at least once in a lifetime, to be seen, to be seduced by its unique beauty.

Clean spacious and comfortable room excellent breakfast fresh coffee and cold meats and cheese plus croissants and fruit juice. Situated less than 10 minutes walk from the main square that gives entrance to the Palombra Longa and great views over the Sassi Barisano. The owner is on site and Anna Rita could not have been more cheerful welcoming and helpful. Well recommended.

This is a wonderful small BandB. Extremely comfortable rooms, spacious, nice bathrooms with small shower. Charming and gracious hostess who loves people. Very quiet street. Located with easy walking access to main piazzas of Matera. Nice generous cold breakfast—pastries, Italian cold cuts, cheeses, Matera bread (similar to challah), coffees etc.

We stayed just one night in this very comfortable b&b just 200m from the center of Matera with private parking. Clean and welcoming room. Ours in particular in style with vaulted ceiling. Varied and plentiful breakfast. The ladies owners very welcoming and kind. I highly recommend it.

Very kind owner, like the rest of the staff (dog included). Our room was brand new, comfortable bed, air conditioning of those that do not bother, shower top. Parking inside. A stone's throw from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, excellent base to walk everywhere. That's really great. For breakfast arrange with the owner, especially if you want something salty.
