The lovely B&B is just a few meters from the stones and just as convenient indoor parking where the car can stay safe. The checlo girl runs is of an exquisite kindness. Few rooms but well cared for and then finally in the soap baths kept comfortably in the dispensers.
C is always a coffee machine available and the thermos with several herbal teas.
Everything is managed in order to check in and check out independently.
Breakfast higher in standards than the classic B & B because next to the usual references we have hot drinks expressed and served .. a great hot croissant .. bread to toast .. fresh and dried fruit.
And then many good tips to spend a great holiday.
Overall excellent

We stayed my husband and I for one night at this B&B and we really enjoyed it!
The room is the bathroom were clean tidy and newly furnished, great breakfast buffet.
One thing we really enjoyed was having available in the common room the water dispenser, microwave, kettle for tea and coffee machine!
The location is really close to the historic center of Matera, crossing the street you immediately overlooked one of the most scenic points of the city!
Very convenient for walking among the stones of Matera.
To get there follow the directions provided by email in detail, you can enter the restricted traffic area where the B & B is located to lay your suitcases but then you must park outside the area itself.
Absolutely positive experience!!!

We stayed two nights at this fantastic B&B. We are 5 people and a one-year-old girl..... what about.... everything perfect starting from the central location to visit Matera. But what makes the difference is the availability and attention of Mrs. Marilisa towards its guests.... we had a great time! We had the chance to prepare everything the little girl needed.... not to mention breakfast..... exceptional!!!!!! Impeccable cleaning... also the lady gave us valuable advice on how to organize our city tour. Insomma tutto perfetto!!!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!!!!
Consigliatissimo!!!!!

I stayed at this property for two nights in October, let's start with the positive things, definitely the location is the strong point of this fairly old structure inside, which is located very close to the stones.
Another positive thing is the bathroom, at least of room number 3, not very large, but very clean and beautiful aesthetically.
Moving on to the sore notes, the room is tiny, barely fits the bed from a square and a half and a very small locker all ramshackle, then privacy does not exist, because between one room and another you hear everything and very well what the other guests say about the next wall.
The breakfast I can not judge since it was not included in my wonderbox package.
Appropriate package you can clearly see the diversity of treatment from a classic customer to a customer with a package, to us for example we have not been made the bed and cleaned the room, and asking for explanations to the owner (not very nice with the customer) replied with a cold "and ok".
Those who want to stay in Matera Recommendation to look at other structures much better than this .. also because there are an incredible number of B & Bs.

Inside the city, in an alley, is this room! We arrived very late at night, but the service of the hostess was prompt!! The room was spotlessly clean and renovated! The breakfast was beautiful. Classic flavors without anything special. I recommend it to you!

This small B&B is well situated for visiting Matera and within walking distance of everything you want to see. The rooms were a bit basic but for the price we paid they were fine. The bathroom was newly renovated. Breakfast is taken in a bar down the road. Not sure I would want to do that in the winter though. The staff we saw were helpful and friendly. It did seem a bit deserted as no staff were on site. The stairs to enter are very steep so not advisable if you are in any way disabled

Strategic and beautiful to visit Matera. very easy to reach without any problem (the route for those arriving by plane-bus is all flat). Spacious and very quiet rooms, very efficient owner. The breakfast was great.

My husband and I stayed in this B&B last Saturday, central location in fact we parked the car and took it directly to leave, clean room with lots of comforts, everything looked after down to the last detail, perfect hospitality, the structure is really very beautiful especially the room where you do breakfast, to be recommended and returned
