Amazing location, easy to find and lots of free parking nearby- although was harder to find when busy. But plenty of blue paid parking on the street.
Service was amazing, very helpful and easy to ask questions to on WhatsApp.
Room didn't have windows but that was fine as that was expected in the pictures. No door to the bathroom which is not ideal but also fine as it was designed well.
The bath was absolutely amazing!!
Lots of biscuits, tea, coffee, shower gel, soap etc provided and of good quality.

Fabulous, big room right in the middle of the Sassi and new town area, it was the perfect spot for 2 nights in Matera. They provided snacks and a free mini bar which was replenished each morning. Great, quick communication on What’s App prior to our stay made for a simple check in, too. Having an Alexa in the room to play music whilst we got ready was a nice touch too. Would recommend

The place is something particular because you access the room through a door that immediately overlooks the street. We got public parking a block away at no charge. The service was excellent. Very nice and careful in explaining the city. The room was very clean and spacious. It has no window but can enter natural light through the adjustable shutters of the door. Nespresso machine and water heater. Small refrigerator and complimentary water. The bathroom has no privacy (point against) because it is separated from the room by a simple cloth curtain. Good air conditioning and the spaciousness of the room does not allow you to feel enclosed. I'll be right back.

The room was nice and cosy and also clean, but it had no window, only throught the enter door there was some light. So rather the place for sleeping only…. The air condition was not working, after contact with host it was switched on. A lot of problem finding a parking place on the street (property has no parking space) and it is not safe (we got a damage on the car) . Location good, near to old town and restaurants. The host was nice and helpfull. And some attention to details: everything should be eco there, but the cups for the tea/coffee were from polystyrene….
