Amazing setting among the olive trees! This hotel is a family run, restored stone Manor house.Their pride of ownership shows with every detail. The rooms are in a converted stable, with beamed ceilings. Think contemporary rustic, and you will have an idea of the decor. There is a fully restored chapel in the courtyard that is just beautiful. The hotel is immaculate and so are the... More

I spent couple nights in it with my wife. First of all I was impressed of size of the pool and the place was very relaxing and the food was great. You must have a GPS to find the place and also I would like to thank Annarita for her kindness.

This is the best lodging experience we have had in a long time. The grounds are beautifully tucked away in the Borgia countryside. The rooms are generously proportioned, and the furnishings are all-around lovely. The staff was 100% service-focused and helpful - it almost seems like they are all family perhaps. The swimming pool itself is worth the stay if... More

I was here for a wedding in May and the service was excellent. Very friendly and professional staff, and no problems with the personnel. The food was well done, however, it wasn't necessarily to my liking, as it was all based around fish and dishes that incorporated fish. The plates I did enjoy, however were very well prepared. The location... More

Without a doubt, the grounds are beautiful. But what use is this paradise, if you can not use it? This hotel has lots of weddings take place. Then the pool for hotel guests is not available. In the surrounding area you can hardly do anything. The beach ride (15 km) is costly (chairs and umbrellas to pay much extra). Rooms,... More

Dear Siri, first off all i would like to apologize for the inconvenience about the pool. But it's really strange because if there is a wedding in the evening gust can use the pool till 17:45 pm in stead of the normal time (till 18:00 as you could read on the pool's rules). Besides after we got a reservation, we... More

I stumbled upon Feudo degli Ulivi ("Fief of the Olive Trees") through tripadvisor and I trusted the reviews. Am I ever glad I did! This place was so much better than I expected, so much more than I bargained for. I visited for almost three weeks with my wife and six children in June and July. The weather was perfect... More

This is our second stay at Feudo degli Ulivi. We love Feudo degli Ulivi and hope to return for many years to come. My daughter and I spent ten days here last summer and are back for two weeks this year. The accommodations are elegant, immaculate and luxurious, the setting so picturesque with sweeping views of the surrounding olive groves... More

This place is not really a hotel or a B&B. Rather, it is a high-end destination resort. Huge rooms, great beds, showers, a good restaurant, all the things for lying about and relaxing. We decided to extend our stay. Please note that it is nowhere near Catanzaro, but way out in the country, buried deep in a commercial olive-growing outfit.... More

On return from our Sicilly trip, we needed a stop-over between Palermo and Pompei, as near as possible to the A3 highway. Western coast of Calabria was not attractive, but expensive and mostly far. So were the hotels around Lamezia Terme, possibly because of proximity to the airport. Prices were also illogically high in Catanzaro Lido, thus I chose this... More

“Rooms are billed as singles, but each had a king-sized bed in a main room, plus a twin-sized bed in a separate bedroom.”
 of 5 bubbles 467thomasc, 25 Jul 2015 | Read review
“Rooms in the main building, near the pool, are louder on weekend nights because of weddings but they are a bit nicer. Rooms in the second building are quieter, though perhaps a bit smaller. Also... it is truly in the middle of nowhere, as in, you can't really walk to any shops, etc. So either rent a car, or plan to stay on property and order out if you don't want to eat every meal in the restaurant.”
