We booked this hotel for the first week of April. As we were arriving late afternoon at Naples airport, we decided to contact the hotel and book a taxi. Although expensive, it was worth it as we were able to enjoy the evening. The alternate would have taken about 4 hours to reach the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly...

Good breakfast , ok to find and get to, nice staff on the desk , helpful and good for local knowledge. Work going on in part of the hotel. On arrival he manager tried to move us to a more remote part in the gardens which would have been cold and dark at cold at this time of year. We...

First impressions were good with a nice welcome and an old-fashioned but clean and comfortable room. The hotel is very centrally placed but, depending probably on your room, extremely noisy in the early hours. In fact at 4.30 am and again an hour later, there was shouting and what sounded like a wheelbarrow being wheeled over cobbles. Breakfasts were excellent...

We got the smallest room at the property, the room was so small that when the door opened, it was centimeters away from the edge of the bed. The room was old, noisy and incredibly dark... you get what you paid for. Although location was convenient, this is more likely a 2 star hotel than 3.

My grown children and I went backpacking through France and Italy, we made no plans ahead, Arriving at night in Amalfi, the Amalfi hotel welcomed us in, but, they only had one night. It was during the Feast of Saint Andres. The next morning they arranged for us to stay in a lovely apartment which I think belonged to the family....

The hotel is centrally located, which was great. However our room (2nd floor - rather dated) overlooked a narrow alleyway, and we could hear everything from the street and from down the hallway starting very early in the morning. After three nights' terrible sleep, we were completely exhausted. A shame, as the rooftop terrace and garden were lovely and breakfast...

We arrived after a long journey very tired our transfer taxi driver phoned ahead and the manager of the hotel came down through Amalfi town to meet us and take our suitcases up through the town to our hotel something I was very grateful for as I had an arm injury. The Amalfi Hotel is situated in the heart of...

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Hotel Amalfi. It is a lovely, family run hotel just off the main street .The room was a good size and comfortable with a bathroom with a shower, it was cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice, cereals, lovely fresh bread, ham, cheeses,...

This family owned and operated quaint hotel was perfect for our three day stay in the heart of Amalfi. Definitely arrange to have your luggage taken up the stairs of this hotel by calling upon your arrival because cars can't get right to the entrance. We had a small balcony over looking an outdoor cafe. Breakfast included in the room...
