They are "upfront" by saying that there is no elevator and about 75 steps to reception and the rooms. It does not sound like much, but the reality of it all can be difficult. Plus some of the alleys to it also have steps. They are willing to come to the port or the bus station to fetch your baggage.... More

This is a small, 6 bedroomed hotel on a small piazza in the centre of Amalfi. The location is perfect; our room overlooked the piazza and its cafes and bars. It is very peaceful before 9.30 am and after 11pm. Our room was spotlessly clean and of a reasonable size, with a lovely ensuite. Geraldo, the owner/manager, and his son... More

wasn't so keen on this place staff was nice enough but it was nothing so great especially for the price. did not like that one of the front desk people had his kids hanging about and also did not appreciate that we were never informed that the font desk is not manned 24/7

Friendly and most helpful staff from the start, beginning months before our visit through the last minute of our week long visit. We had a large, comfortable room with a beautiful large balcony where we sat out, drank some wine and just relaxed daily. Could not ask for a more convenient location, right off the main square and surprised that... More

We had a week in this intimate and elegant hotel just a few steps away from the main square, and it was perfect! All the rooms are differently designed with lovely details of the Amalfi style and some of them have their private romantic balcony too. Breakfast is good and served out in a common green terrace. The owners are... More

Let me begin by saying if you have mobility issues, this hotel is not a good choice for you. There are LOTS of steps to climb to get to this small quaint hotel and even if you have help with your luggage, it will be a problem. That aside we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and really appreciated the uniqueness... More

Our room was spacious with a fantastic shower and air conditioning. We were left a cold breakfast due to our early departure. All the staff were really helpful. The hotel arranged an early morning transfer to the airport for us. The scenery on the journey was stunning, some of the best I have seen on my travels, even my 16... More

I was warmly welcomed by the staff on arrival which was 1.5 hours earlier than the official check in time. Room is nicely furnished and absolutely clean. Hot water supply is steady and abundant. The balcony is full of sunlight where you can see the blue sky and sea, and have some drinks with your partner. The hotel has a... More

This hotel is on 3rd or 4th floor, cant remember. :) It has no lift. If you have huge luggage, you can call owner for porter service. I find it easy to handle. I stayed in a single room, it is probably the smallest room I ever stayed! However, it is well equipped. And for the price paid, I'm still... More
