Don't stay here. The room the owner gave men ,was a different room to the one I booked. The Room had a Windows I couldn't close. The bedroom was without a lock, anyone could go in to my room. The room had ants. I was given a toilet I could use, with an open door. Asker the owner if I could close the door the owner said no. I used the bathroom upstairs to shower. I didn't know the lock was broken. The owner didn't informe me. I discoverd it egen a person tried to enter the bathroom while I was changing. The person didn't close the door when they saw me, they waited a new seconds. I checked out a data after.

Avoid. Only 1 hour check-in window from 1 to 2 pm but still advertised as available at 7 pm on same day despite check in window had already closed. We booked last minute at 7 pm - a last minute booking - our booking was accepted and paid. Arrived at 10.30 pm to be locked out at the gate. Managed to call the owner but he refused to come, Had to find another hotel for that night at about 12 am. Owner refused refund and booking site not helpful. The booking site is negligent since they advertised and sold a service which they could not deliver! The "hotel" should never have appeared at the site that evening since the check in window had long passed (6 hours when we booked.) Total scam!

Please do not book this accommodation it’s falsely advertised. The pictures on booking.com are not real. Please see our pictures and you will see that the room was someone’s living/dining room with 2 camp beds. The worst thing is the door did not have a lock on it and the “private” bathroom was up some marble stairs and also had no lock. This was unsafe for 2 females and therefore had to find somewhere else to stay. Booking.com or the rude owner not accepting liability and we are fighting for a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Arrived to be told we had arrived too late and we would be charged €50 as we needed to have checked in by 1pm! (It was 2.30pm) After some negotiation as we were 2 females the owner agreed to waive this charge and said we were very lucky. We were then asked to wait in the garden whilst he prepared our room. On being shown it we were - asked to take off our shoes! - shown to a lounge/dining area see my picture were there were 2 pull out beds see picture! - we had to request something to hang our clothes on see pictures! -there was no lock on the door to our room! - the shared bathroom was up a steep marble stairs no where near our room this too had no lock on ! We decided to leave as we felt totally vulnerable in this establishment. On contacting Booking.com they accept no responsibility or duty of care to us for false advertising The DOMUS FELIX owner was so rude too all he said to me after we had left and I telephoned him was ....PRONTO PRONTO 20 times! I do not want anyone else to make the same mistake as we did Booking.com show totally different rooms on their website and say all their feedback is positive this is false trading. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE €270 for the most unsafe/false accommodation you could imagine. No refund available, we are so angry!!!

If you stay here you have to check in from 12-1 exactly. Otherwise the booking is lost. A good way for the owner to make cheap money off unsuspecting "guests". I arrived at 3 and was informed my booking was cancelled. That's nice service isn't it?! It only says this condition of check-in in the fine print. I have stayed in about 50 places to date, this is the first negative review I have ever felt I had to write, in order to warn other people, so that they do not make the same mistake as I did. Always read the small print too. Not everyone is respectable and honourable I'm afraid.......
