We didn’t stay here, it was too kerching for us, but the bars are open to non residents. We went for cocktails on our anniversary. The rooftop cocktail bar has wonderful views and the staff are falling over themselves to serve you. Not the cheapest bar, but we were pushing the boat out for a special occasion. Once you have been inside this hotel you will want to stay here! Even the lifts are luxurious! So get saving up now!

After reading so many positive reviews I had high expectations and I was so thankful that we had the same amazing experience as many. This hotel is 10/10 in every way. Perfect location, very close to the centre, beaches and port. The pool and bar area is stunning with breathtaking views. All staff were extremely helpful throughout the hotel. The breakfast staff did stand out as the service each morning was second to none, starting our day off so right. The breakfast choice was beyond what you would expect and they had everything needed and more. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and it set us up perfectly for our day. The cleanliness of the hotel and room is to the highest quality. The room was sparkling clean every single day with the special little adjustments made by the room maid service. Another bonus was that you can book the sister hotel restaurant O'Parrucchiano La Favorita via the hotel and they are likely to get you a reservation. We ate here twice as it was delicious! The one thing I would change about the hotel that would be my personal preference would be for the swimming pool to open before 9am. I enjoy a morning swim and a swim before breakfast would have been lovely. However, they completely change the layout of the rooftop area for evening guests so I understand the reason for this. The best hotel, service and just accommodations. We had stayed at four different hotels while in Italy and La Favorita was by far the best. The staff was wonderful, the rooms and common areas were clean. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and great service! Great location for access to lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping , the port for the ferry to Ischia and Capri. Great views and sunset from the rooftop bar!

Loved the hotel. Beautifully decorated and surrounded by lemon groves Excellent service and delightful staff our room was delightful with nice balcony. Breakfast was superb. We did not dine in as there were not many people in the dining room and there were lots of excellent little restaurants within an easy walk. We did not use the swimming pool on the roof as it was still cool but the water felt delightfully warm. Lovely place to sit, have a drink or lunch.

Best experience ever from a 5 💫! Antonino, Carmine very great staff and professional always had cappuccino every breakfast and great food. Carmine very knowledgeable with excursions and all details around the area, and Antonino as well! Both deserve recognition! Your friend from Pugia!

The staff is very helpful in all departments. Rooms and amenities are first class 4 star resort quality. The roof top pool and lounge were a great way to see the sun go down over the ocean. Everything is within walking distance including the port to catch a boat too Capri.

The hotel is materially over priced based on the offering. Positives Well located, right in the middle of town. Lots of good restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Great roof top bar, with a fantastic outlook across the bay of Naples. Attentive drinks service. Nice grounds with citrus trees. Negatives. Fairly basic room, with a old an uncomfortable bed. We had to ring reception to have them 'turn on' access to the air conditioning, as its not activated as standard - totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel Disinterested reception staff - no local recommendations for restaurants or places of interest - beyond their own sister restaurant. No acknowledgement or smile when coming back into the hotel. No service. Breakfast - has an omelette counter, staffed by people who have little interest in making omelettes. Transfers - the hotel had organised a transfer from Naples station - which was about 30 miles away. They charged 150 Euro for this, They used a local taxi company and we realised that they had added 100% margin to the price for a two minutes phone call booking it. Grifting. Overall a underwhelming experience. Its an average 4 star hotel, charging £450GBP per night - its worth half that.…

Lovely hotel, spotless and very centrally located to everything. Definitely would recommend and hopefully will be back. Breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from, staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
