My husband and I stayed here for seven nights in mid-October. We simply cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It is truly a spectacular gem of a boutique hotel just a few steps away from the beach below the cliff (We timed our walk back up from the beach once for fun, and even with one stop to catch our breath, it was an eight minute walk from beach to front door). We reserved a Superior Room, which can sleep three, but I loved having the extra sofa area since we were staying for a full week. We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us to Sorrento. The room decor is stunning, and the rooms are amazingly clean, fresh, modern and flat out gorgeous. The room had beautiful, high ceilings, which made the already large room seem even larger. The rainfall showerhead and bench seat in the large shower were very relaxing. Ivan and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and assisted with whatever we needed. Prior reviews I read had mentioned how wonderful breakfast was, and I completely understand why. Everything about it was divine: the choices of buffet food (freshly cut delicious fruit, house made pastries, quiches, yogurt, mimosas with freshly squeezed juice) would have been more than enough, but they also would make you an omelette, fried eggs, pancakes or waffles if you requested it. And of course cappuccino or espresso made to order. The brightly colored and patterned Sorrentine ceramic dishes just added to the overall breakfast experience. It was a bit chilly while we were there, so we weren’t really able to take advantage of the outdoor seating area, but it’s just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. The hotel was right in the middle of the main piazzas, so food and shopping were just a few steps away. The hotel and the town of Sorrento itself were a perfect location to visit all the sights: Naples, Herculaneum, Pompeii, Capri, and the towns on the Amalfi Coast were all a short train, car or boat ride away. The town of Sorrento has a wonderful vibe, and we were very happy we stayed there as opposed to an Amalfi Coast town. We stayed in four hotels during our Italian vacation, and this was by far our favorite. I could keep writing down superlative after superlative, but the bottom line is, you will be so happy if you choose to stay here. It felt as close to ‘home’ as possible while on vacation.

After looking at reviews for my 2 night stay in Sorrento this hotel was one of my top 3. I didn’t actually book it as I splurged on a 5 star with a view but I ended up leaving the 5 star due to service issues and came here anyways. I was so thankful they had 1 room left for my 2 nights in Sorento and wish I had just booked here first.
Ivan welcomed me to his hotel and met me at the taxi after i left my last hotel. He helped me carry all my luggage over the stairs to the lift and not only checked me into the hotel but didn’t add any extra charges for the late hour of booking and not booking in advance. Most hotels would have a crazy charge for last minute in a tourist town at that time of night for the last hotel but they didn’t! Ivan just wanted me to feel safe and feel better. He took my card to pre-authorize and then just got me settled in my room and let me know about breakfast the next morning.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The next morning Ivan took all the info he needed as he wanted me to relax when I first arrived in distress. The hotel was SO cheap for what it offered and was in the center of town so it was easy to walk everywhere!
The breakfast at the hotel was beyond amazing and they even had little pancakes. I wish I had taken more cookies. Out of the places I stayed as I trekked around Italy this was the best breakfast at all the hotels and it is already included with the super cheap hotel price!
If you are arriving or leaving beyond the Campania express it is only a .5 mile walk, and while it is somewhat difficult over the cobblestone, it totally beats paying 20+Euros for a taxi for only 5 minutes.
While the hotel doesn’t have a typical entrance for a hotel and I think it might be above a school the entire staff was beyond welcoming, saved me a not great situation, and saved the last 2 nights of my 1 week in Italy.
Great breakfast, amazing location where you can walk everywhere in Sorrento, and the kindest staff you will find who can also give you recommendations for restaurants and ensure you get a reservation. My first night in distress I was so hungry so Ivan told me where to go and called and they were expecting me when I arrived.
I almost didn’t believe the reviews and the clean photos when I was looking initially but the hotel is everything it is and more!
If you are going to Sorrento then definitely stay here! When I checked out I was headed to a tour for my last day and they kept my luggage for me till the night when I left and then even walked me out and helped bring my luggage down. The women who was there even took my postcards to go mail them for me that night. Just the best!
Thank you Ivan and everyone for saving my trip!

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the promenade and about 10 mins from the rail station. Take the lift up form ground level entrance to the first floor, and you will be welcomed by dedicated and friendly staff in a blue and white oasis of calm.
Our room was huge, with a large King size and a single bed/sofa, with large desk and wardrobe and plenty of space to move around. the bathroom was also large with a big shower. The room, bathroom and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable, excellent bed linen, pillows and towels. The AC was also excellent.
The staff here really make such an effort to make your stay exceptional, and nothing is too much trouble. They all speak excellent English.
Take the time to have an aperitivo on the terrace in the early evening, where you will be very well looked after by the lovely ladies who also serve breakfast.
Breakfast is outstanding, with so much variety of breads, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, pastries, cakes, fruit, pancakes, and eggs cooked to order, you really are spoiled for choice.
This hotel is really excellent value for money, in a great location and I would definitely recommend for anyone who values comfort and excellent service.

Very good hotel in a great location. Rooms and bathroom were very nice, the breakfast buffet was outstanding with fresh juices, fresh fruit, eggs, cheeses, meats, and homebaked goods. Daniella and the rest of the staff were very helpful and arranged private transfers from the Napoli train station and some of our day trips. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great little place, hidden away in the center of Sorrento.
A series of little rooms at rooftop level with the reception and breakfast area at one end.
Great staff, helpful and friendly.,especially Mario, who we met on arrival.
Breakfast was super, and they were prepared to make omelets of your choice, along with your choice of coffee and lovely fresh baked goods.

My wife and I have just stayed for 4 nights at the hotel as part of a 10 day trip to Italy. We loved this hotel - it is beautiful inside and spotlessly clean. We had a Superior room which was gorgeous, very spacious and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was so warm in Sorrento. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival was also a lovely touch.
The breakfast was also great - so much choice, and the various options on eggs were all delicious. We also twice had a drink on the terrace in the evening, which we enjoyed before going out for dinner. I was surprised that it was only us on the terrace on both occasions.
All the staff were fantastic. From the housekeeping staff, the ladies who worked in the kitchen/bar and the staff on reception (always someone there 24 hours a day), everyone was so friendly and helpful. The tuck down service was great and made sure the room was always clean and tidy, with fresh towels whenever we needed them.
A special thanks to Ivan and Daniela. Before our arrival at the hotel, I had been liaising with them both to organise flowers for the room and a 1/2 day trip to Pompei. Once we arrived, they also booked places for us at the beach club. They were so pleasant and helpful - thank you both once again.
Overall, this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It may not have all the facilities of 5 star hotels that we have been in, but the staff, location and beauty of the hotel more than made up for that.

We recently stayed two nights and it suited our needs perfectly. As parents to a teen, it's really tricky finding suitable rooms for the three of us, but the Superior Double Attic was great. In addition to the main bedroom, it had a separate lounge area with proper bed in it. All areas were beautifully decorated, the staff super helpful and the breakfasts delicious. I'm a really light sleeper and was worried about how noisy it would be given what Sorrento can be like, but the room was really quiet, (note that you do hear church bells from 7am, which we liked, and during the day you'll hear some children's voices as it's above a school / nursery). Reception also arranged a transfer for us back to Naples airport, so that we could travel without hassle on a busy Saturday evening. Thank you.

AMAZING!
What a little gem.! I have traveled a lot and have never been so welcomed, from the moment we arrived we were given loads of local information and recommendations of places to go. Every staff member we met was smiling and happy and super helpful. The rooms are spectacular , clean and comfortable. Rooms are very quiet despite being near a busy street. We slept so well in the comfy bed. Fresh towels every day. And a breakfast freshly prepared. Nothing is too much trouble. We loved it so much we booked to return. You won’t be disappointed if you book this place to stay.

Beautful property in the centre of Sorrento, 2min walk down to the beach clubs, 2 min walk to the main square and side streets full of shops, restaurants and bars.
The property itself is spotlessly clean, modern but with original features of an old monestary.
Breakfast on the rooftop is a must! Staff were amazing
Would highly reccomend and I cannot wait to return

(If I was to pick one negative it would be the property doesn't have an ironing facility for safety reasons we were told, I'd advise ironing before travel 😉)

Wonderful hotel. We loved it here. Spent 4 nights last week and wish all our Italy hotels were like this one. Our room was spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy with lots of comfy pillows. Do ask for blankets when you check in if you get chilly at night, as they are not automatically in room. The blankets they provided were perfect. The bathroom (and shower) also was very roomy with plenty of countertop space for both of us. It was quiet at night and we slept very well there. The breakfast is the absolute best breakfast. There are fruits and baked goods, both sweet and savory, juices, any coffee you want, plus you can order eggs or pancakes, the choices were abundant, delicious and gorgeous. Everything was made to order fresh. The breakfast setting is also beautiful. You can eat inside in a charming room with lovely window views, or outside on a terrace with gorgeous views. We looked forward to breakfast every day and they work so hard to make everything special. The hotel is in a great location. Just minutes to the ferry, to restaurants and shopping. The staff is fantastic, everyone worked so hard to take good care of us. This is a special place and if you can stay here, you will be so happy you did!

Hi,
you need an EU adaptor. We also have USB outlets in our rooms.
Oh hold on, you’re referring to attic rooms!
Not sure about those! Misread your question, sorry
Hi, sorry for the late reply, I've just seen your message. Yes, there is a lift between floors, but there is a step at the entrance.
