We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Central mostly because it was clean and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Sorrento was our first taste of Italy and it was great. The hotel is dated which is quite common in Sorrento but it fits in with the whole area. The room was a descent size and it had a private...

Fantastic location, very confortable and impeccable room. Amazing view of the entire golfe of Naples!... Wonderful large selection of breakfast. wonderful pool to relax with great food and beverage options. Our daughter got sick and the team was amazing to assist even though we had checked out in the morning. The entire team was attentive, helpful and welcoming... particular thanks...

We loved our nice sized room, little balcony and roomy bathroom. The staff was friendly and the balcony bar was lovely. The poor bartender had to walk up 5 flights of stairs every time someone ordered! Dinner and breakfast were delicious. It was a 20 minute walk to the busy central area where all the shops were. For a great...

Modern up-to-date hotel. I loved the roof-top view of the Bay of Naples. Our rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. We did not have any noise issues. The food was good with a nice variety for breakfast. The staff was friendly and willing to answer questions. The location was great for visiting the shopping area which had great little shops...

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Especially the waiters were great. Clean rooms and nice sun deck with sea view and pool. Good service and delicious cocktails and snacks at the poolside. This hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

The experience was an all around pleasure and a delight. Francesca (I think that was her name) was always helpful and very well kept as with everyone at the front desk. The breakfast was a good and light way to start the day. The rooms were very nice and the balcony on top was a good place to relax at...

Outdated rooms and extremely noisy due to thin walls. If your tour is booked you here, pack earplugs because every time some flushes a toilet or walks down the hall you will hear it. Worst shower ever in any hotel I stayed at. Should be a 3 star at best.

I would have actually given this a 3.5 - it's a good hotel, they had a decent breakfast and the one dinner we ate there was fine. The rooms were clean and simply decorated, and the bathroom was a bit tight (although not the smallest) It did have the best hair dryer of the trip. We had a small balcony...

Good central hotel but downside is its on the main road traffic all the time .We were at the back as relatives had been before and could not sleep for the sound of scooters and loads of traffic, no view to speak of on the third floor maybe from higher up as views were restrictive due to adjoining buildings. Overall...
