We arrived by train and found the hotel without a problem. We were greeted warmly by Valentina and although we arrived very early our room was ready for us. Palazzo Tasso is in a fantastic location. We booked a tour to Pompeii and Vesuvius through the hotel, which besides being a great value, was a highlight of our trip. The...

The hotel is located on a narrow side street that does not accommodate cars, so if you choose this hotel, you must be let off at the piazza or the main street and walk your luggage to the entrance. The staff here are all friendly lovely young women who are very helpful. We stayed in the lowest room, numbered 1001...

Our driver called ahead, since there is no parking on this little side street, and the sweetest young lady came down the street to help us with our bags. The hotel is in a great location (unless you are driving), is updated, very modern Italian and extremely clean. They have the sweetest young ladies working there who are willing to...

Yet again another booking based on trip advisor reviews and location ! We had such a friendly greeting here when we arrived from Elena and I have to say every single member of staff was equally welcoming. Customer service is so important to me and this is the best I have ever had at a hotel. For example when we...

Arriving in Sorrento in the driving rain, we had to illegally park so I could search out the hotel. At the end of a long alley, I found it. The clerk informed me that she would call a guy from central parking, who would meet us and take our car for 18€. Not really comfortable entrusting our rental car to...

Nice location, near the city square, but on a quiet side street. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable, clean room. Very attentive staff. Nice breakfast. I would certainly stay here again.

This is a small hotel located in the very heart of Sorrento. The standard rooms are small and only have skylights with no windows, but the concierge was delightful. Overall, a clean and comfortable place to stay with easy access to everything you want to do.

Found the property to be very central in Sorrento. We were impressed with the hotel's imenities and extremely impressed with the staff and the care they gave us during our stay. The property is a short walk to the rail station, so easy to make connections to Naples and all surrounding Amalfi coastal towns.
