My wife and I visited the Bellevue Syrene on our honeymoon. We were tired from travelling all day to get there, but this hotel put us at ease the moment we arrived. The entry walkway is beautiful, and the lobby/"club" area with the complementary drinks was very refreshing. The staff is incredibly helpful and we had a very pleasant stay....

This hotel has Incredible views, excellent service and right in city center. The second floor is the top floor. Room 521 has two balconies. The breakfast is substantial. They had eggs, bacon, fresh juice, delicious baked goods, and lots of Nutella!! Next time, we will stay longer!

We came for our wedding anniversary and went for a junior suite (room 406) which has two small balconies overlooking the sea and coastline. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service excellent (in the lovely restaurant overlooking the sea), breakfast excellent in another open air restaurant with nice frescos from Pompeii and views over Mount Vesuvio. The hotel is...

We stayed here for 3 nights after finishing a Tauck tour of Rome, Florence and Venice. We booked a room with a terrace overlooking the water. Our room was amazing! Huge and with a beautiful terrace with two chairs and a small table. My favorite part of the day was watching the sunset from the terrace. They have really thought...

Amazing hotel. Get the "lift" suite. Amazing terrace on the corner with views of the sunset, Vesuvius and downtown Sorrento. Walking distance to everything. Great staff. Wonderful lounge area with drinks and snacks all day. Will definitely be back.

This hotel offers the best of everything from superb rooms with beautiful views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius to a club lounge offering free drinks and food throughout the day. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the atmosphere was one of peace and relaxation. Handily placed for the centre of Sorrento whilst being separated from the...

We have just got back from 8 days at the hotel and I can't thank the staff enough. From the moment you get there the staff cannot do enough for you. I have stayed in many amazing hotels across the world but never have received such a high level of service. Friendly, honest, and nothing is too much trouble. Outstanding....

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The views are gorgeous, the staff is excellent and our room was perfect for us. Dinner at the restaurant was only a B+, but everything else was fantastic! We especially loved the club lounge with an always changing assortment of food and beverages.

Room itself is a bit of a puzzle. Comprised of two narrow rooms and a gigantic bathroom. Not a very practical layout - neither for relaxing nor for working. Breakfast wasn't bad - variety of meat, fruit, cheese and bread. Those yearning for something warm could probably also find something usual for themselves. Soundproofing average - luckily there was an...

I loved this hotel. Unfortunately we were just there one night but will stay again in the future. Our room was lovely with a great view and 2 small balconies. Very comfortable bed, large bathroom and shower. The art work, decor and chandeliers were just beautiful and I loved the room where you could get snacks and drinks all day...
