We took a short break in Sorrento out of season and booked here with TUI. The majority of guests were from the UK and the staff were all fluent in english. We had deliberately booked a cheap hotel as it was a short break and we didn't expect to be inside much. We were therefore pleasantly surprised by how nice...

We have just spent 10 days at this lovely hotel. We booked through Thompson Holidays as we wanted a balcony and this was the only way to achieve this as when I rang the hotel they explained that all the rooms with balconies were allotted to Thompsons . We were not disappointed as the staff were excellent, friendly and tried...

Hotel Capri is situated on the main and I mean main busy road in Sorrento. It is 3 mins from the bus and train station and central to everything, restaurants, Marina and small coves. Choose a room overlooking the pool and garden and you will have a peaceful holiday. Our room was 214 and was very quiet with balcony overlooking...

This hotel has a great location, 5 minutes walk to the main square and shops/restaurants and less than that to a supermarket and train/bus station. The reception area, lounge, bar and dining room all have a clean, neutral and relaxing decor with lots of comfortable sofas, table lamps, candles and tasteful floral decorations; the staff are lovely and continental breakfast...

From the outside the place looks a little run down but once inside you enter a different world.Beautiful public rooms and open spaces and lovely friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms and a good breakfast.Would stay there again any time and is very centrally positioned. One small quibble, we thought clean towels every day was a bit over the top. Many...

This is a small hotel so therefore rooms are small too. Our room overlooked the pool from a balcony and I can echo a previous reviewer who said there were people claiming the sunbeds. We noticed this too. However this is just what some choose to do. You just need to be up early unfortunately. Rooms were clean and staff...

This hotel is very close to the bus and train station and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Sorrento. It is right on the main road so the front rooms have a lot of traffic noise. It did not bother us hearing scooters all day and night but if this is an issue for you it...

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this small, friendly and intimate hotel. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained as was our room. It only provides bed and breakfast accommodation and whilst visiting the many local restaurants makes the holiday more expensive it adds variety and interest. It is situated on the Corsa Italia ( the main road...

My wife and myself have just returned from Sorrento after one weeks holiday we stopped in the Hotel Capri as we only wanted to stay bed and breakfast. The staff where very friendly and helpful, we booked a room with a garden/pool view ( room 109) this was at the end of the hotel so had not only a balcony...

I would love to be able to write a review like I did following last year's visit. Unfortunately we didn't get to stay here as on arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a smirking receptionist who seemed to quite enjoy telling us in front of other guests that there was no room for us, that we had been...
