This hotel has a good location in the centre of town. We had a room facing the pool which was nice as had the sun during the day. The seaview had the evening sun. The rooms were fairly small and our shower wasn't great, it has a small powerful jet.... that hurt! You couldn't change the head to something with...

This has got to be one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at. The bathroom had an awful sick smell. We told reception who said the chambermaid would do something about it but nothing changed (even if they did spray some air freshener) or could change. We simply do not know the reason for that sick smell. It could...

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a sea view room which is well worth the money - it had sun from about 2.30pm. Location of hotel was ideal, just s few minutes from the main piazza. The traffic could be a little irritating but you get used to it. The rooms were clean but...

This hotel is in a great location and we we got our room upgraded to a sea view and huge balcony! I was glad we got the upgrade as we could sunbathe on the balcony! We went down to the pool once and I felt like it was not very relaxing or clean. Felt cluttered and pool was not appealing...

Lovely sea view, the right point to achieve the port for a trip to Capri, close to the main square and to the market, delicious breakfast and delicious coffee on request, attentive and helpful staff. You have to visit Sorrento and choose this hotel for your lovely stay. And dont forget to refresh with cold Prosecco in the bar or...

A great location and the sea view rooms had great views over to mt Vesuvius. Although the hotel a little dated still was a perfect spot. Breakfast was lovely and staff attentive. 5 min walk to train station and just around the corner from the main square.

Comfortable rooms and we were fortunate to also have fantastic views over the Bay of Naples. Happy with the location and amenities of this hotel. Only disappointment was that the hotel was very hot, but the air conditioning as not on because it was not yet the 'summer season'. We were told that the airconditioning is not on all year.

Some of the friendliest staff I've experienced in Sorrento. Some upper rooms have an incredible view of the bay! Walking distance to everything and they even gave me an umbrella when it was raining!!!

I highly recommend this hotel, literally 1 min walk to the main Piazza Tasso which is surrounded by shops, restaurant and bars. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable, great swimming pool. I was upgraded to the highest floor which they called "honeymoon room" amazing big balcony with two sun deck chairs and an amazing view of the coast

The rooms in the Carlton are very comfortable we had a room overlooking the pool with balcony and lovely view. The pool area is very tidy with plenty of sun loungers available and a poolside bar with waiter service. The restaurant serves a continental breakfast which is fine but we could really have done with a more varied menu and...
