Stayed at this hotel 15 years ago and although it appears to have lost the tour operator hoards it is Still a very good hotel. There are some differences. They no longer have Half board option at the hotel you have to go to a local resturant for this and the dining room and breakfast has dramatically gone downhill. We... More

this is a good solid hotel, very clean, functional and a nice pool area. Yes its not perfect and probably borders on 3* in reality but room was perfect size, balcony overlooking pool and service was fine. The best bit about it is the location though as its so central to everything which makes it a great great base for... More

Great hotel overlooking Bay of Naples with superb views from our 4th floor balcony. Beautiful garden and pool area with plenty of both sunbeds and shade. Nice cold buffet selection for breakfast and bright bar by pool. Helpful staff provided us with lots of useful local information. Sad to leave after 3 lovely nights..

Nice hotel. literally 1 minutes walk from the main square Piazzo Tasso. Breakfast continental with a decent choice. Rooms clean, bathroom quite small but nothing worth complaining over. Only minor criticism would be the room had no ironing facility. But apart from that we would stay again.

I picked this Hotel for the location and was not dissapointed as it is within easy reach of everything. The Hotel is smart and the rooms clean. We didnt have a swanky view as we were on the first floor but as we only dried towels on the balcony this was fine. The rooms are air conditioned but not overtly... More

It is an old hotel on the top location very near to central and to train station, also very easy to go to Piazza Sant Antonino and to Marina Piccola. The room 504 is a little bit small, simple, overlooking the pool, has no balcony. We had some problems with the water and the air condition in the room during... More

The Carlton International was as we hoped it would be. On arrival the helpful staff told us the best place to park and helped us to unpack the car. Our room had a lovely view from the balcony over The Bay of Naples. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is an easy walk, turning left out of the... More

Stayed at this hotel from 4-11July and it was ideal for us. We've been to Sorrento before but we're a little way out of town and had to use the hotel's shuttle bus which was ok but a bit restrictive. This time we wanted somewhere central so location was our priority. We were a little concerned about other reviews but... More

I stayed here for four days in May with my wife and son. Other than the location, there is nothing to recommend this hotel. This is a hotel that is well past its prime. The pool area is marked by peeling paint, broken chairs, and a general sense that it's time the place be put out to pasture. The rooms... More
