The location of this hotel is great. It's very close to the bus station and train station . It's also on the main street. The relationship of the staff is very hot , nice and friendly . They are ready to help in every moment in every subject we had questions about . The hotel is small, beautiful and very...

We recently stayed 3 nights at Hotel Sorrento City with our family of 4 (2 teenagers) in a quad room (had fold down bunk beds). We would recommend this hotel due to the following: 1) Location: Ideal for bus/train travelers as its near the station and on the main street just a block from the main square 2) Breakfast: Good...

We were very impressed with the service at this hotel. They were very professional and were very attentive to our needs. For example, we bought phone cards and had them installed for a local telephone number in Italy. My card didn't work. The manager called the company we bought them from and had them bring the new cards to us...

This hotel is very close to the train station (which was helpful) and on one of the main streets (which was very pretty and done up for christmas). We only stayed one night, arrived late and left early so I can't say much about the city except that if you walked a few minutes from the hotel there was a...

This hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of Sorrento, allowing you to easily walk to the main square, the restaurants and shops, and the train/bus station. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel was simply but classically decorated. I traveled with my husband and 2 young adult daughters. We had the quad room with a double bed...

A lovely little hotel in perfect location - just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a stone throw from the main square and the sea front. Lovely and helpful staff. The room is not big but clean and bright. Very good value for money.

My wife and I (and our two friends) stayed for four nights in August 2011. This was our first stop on a three week self guided tour of Italy. All our accommodation was researched on Trip Advisor and the reviews of this place were again accurate. If you want to be in the middle of Sorrento, with easy access to...

We were unexpectedly forced to remain in Sorrento an extra day and desperately needed a hotel. We found the Hotel Sorrento City right in the heart of things, and what a find it was. The room we got was wonderful - a very comfortable bed in a quiet and comfortable room. That was a real blessing, but what was even...

I stayed here for a week in October. The hotel is in a great location in the middle of the main street in between the town's two major squares and 5 min from the station. It is very flat to walk around which is a great relief after you have been sight-seeing around the Almalfi and related areas. It's great...

I loved the location. Main street minutes from the train station. I give Roberta the proprietor the highest marks for customer appreciation and service. She spent 2 hours trying to change my train tickets one evening and then provided her personal cell phone number when we took a day trip to Capri, as she was slightly concerned we may miss...
