NH Napoli Panorama has been commended by guests for its welcoming staff and prime location, which facilitates easy exploration of Naples' attractions and historical sites. While the hotel's cleanliness often receives positive remarks, some guests feel that improvements could be made in housekeeping.
The rooms are a mixed bag; several travelers admire their modernity and spaciousness with impressive views, but there are reports of rooms being on the smaller side with climate control problems. Opinions on the hotel's value and amenities like the fitness center and breakfast vary, with some guests pointing out shortcomings in these areas.

Detailed Reviews
I stayed at the NH Napoli Panorama for a week and although it’s a nice enough place, I did feel that maybe it could do more, besides boasting about the views.
To start off with what might be the most important aspect, Covid-19 safety, there is a sanitation point at the reception desk, the lifts on the ground floor and at the entrance to the restaurant. Guests are also encouraged to wear masks whilst inside. Unfortunately when I first arrived at the hotel there was at least 25-30 people all stood around the entrance smoking, of course without masks which kind of makes you feel like you’re jumping in to the covid pit. This would occur throughout the next couple of days as there was some kind of meetings going on. I should add I am a smoker too but tried to make sure I wasn’t in any bodies way when outside. Also, there are signs saying that only one person or party group should use the lift at a time but unfortunately these were actually inside and not outside the lift, so by the time anyone noticed this they were already in with you.
Check in was functional, as the person confirmed the usual aspects for my stay, but I would like to have been given maybe a bit of information about Napoli, such as getting around, where to go and what to see. Even if they just had an information point for guests with some leaflets available that would be great.
The view from my room was excellent, and I had a view of the Sorrentine Peninsula and the Island of Capri, amongst other things - I was on the 25th floor. The bed was very comfy and the room was nice and spacious. The bathroom had a bathtub arrangement with shower so you have an option there. Housekeeping was excellent and the cleaning was to a great standard.
Breakfast was served on the first floor and you got your food from staff who would serve you from a kiosk arrangement, but unfortunately there was only one of these kiosks and sometimes three was a bit of a wait, like when all those smokers from the meeting were getting their food too. Some people were also congregating around the coffee machines too, of which there were two. You could also self serve yourself from bottles of water and yoghurt pots though, which kind of begs the question as to why this was different from getting fruit juice as this had to be served to you.
The staff were generally pretty good, and mostly polite and I didn’t have any problems.
To summarise, the Napoli Panorama is a nice enough hotel to stay at but once you’ve gotten over the views from your room you can’t help but feel that it’s actually a little average, and I think they realise this too because every time you enter the hotel there’s a big illuminated sign exclaiming ‘what you will see in the sky’. But you don’t go to a hotel to just sit in your room staring out of the window the whole time...
I would like to see a bit more on the local area and things to do info given to guests, sort out the signs for the lifts about safe capacity, and perhaps if possible sending smokers over to an area away from the main entrance. That I think would stop the feeing that you are staying at a place that might be better suited to corporate clients and not tourists.

The room we had on the 19th floor was quiet. The maid only comes after 3 pm, so if you come back early, the room will not be made. The room is pretty much value for money, but the reception was very responsive in arranging our tours for us.
The best thing about this hotel was the enormous and delicious breakfast. But beware there are a lot of people at weekends, and food can run out quickly.

Nice hotel in the heart of Napoli.
Rooms are big and all of them have great views as rooms are located between floor 17 and 30th of a tower.
Another good thing is the staff. All being very helpful.
Points to improve I should mention breakfast as it was crowded and there was very little replenishment.
Another thing was that this tower had 4 elevators but only 3 were working and this led to Long waits in peak hours. Waiting the elevators could take up to 10 minutes (and stairs was not much of an option as my room was on floor 23th).

we stayed in the structure for the weekend and we felt very pampered. Welcomed with courtesy and extreme kindness by an attentive, qualified and very helpful staff. We were assigned a room equipped with every clean and spacious comfort, which enjoyed a view of the entire breathtaking gulf. Of note, the breakfast with typical products of excellent quality, served with the utmost attention to protocol and safety for Covid 19. We also want to say that we have forgotten a valuable object in the room and we were promptly contacted to return it. We will definitely return to the structure and report it to relatives and friends.

This hotel is a landmark in Naples, as it is so tall, making it all the easier to find when walking around in a pizza and beer daze. The reception staff kindly spoke English and checked us in and out no problem. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of food in the continental style. Our room had a magnificent view over the city, as well as spectacular views of Capri and the bay of Naples. Taxis wait outside which is easy when you need to get back to the airport although they are quite pricey for the relatively short length of journey. The hotel was subject to a city tax, like lots of European hotels, which is a tad daft when you’ve already paid so much to get there and to stay but that’s something out of the hotel’s control I’m sure. The hotel was very well air-conditioned which was greatly received considering how hot it was outside and the reception area felt very modern. I would recommend this hotel when staying in Naples.

Hotel was run down and not well kept. The staff was not at the same level as other NH Hotel staff. The rooms were not well cleaned and no quality control in my opinion. There was a bottle left in my room from a previous guest and I thought it was a complimentary bottle when I went to check out they charged me for it. They advised the water was not complimentary for the type of room I had, therefore; I asked them where the bottle was from. They did not know how to respond. In my experiences with various hotels bottles left by the nigh stand are complimentary and only the ones in the mini bar are chargeable. Very upsetting how the situation was handled. They gave me a refund, but for me how they kept insisting that it was not their error is what caused me to get upset.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. My daughter and I had planned to stay 2 nights and due to the location and hospitality, we ended up staying a total of 13 days. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are simple and comfortable. We had the most amazing view from our 26th floor window. We only ate dinner in the hotel one time, but the food and service were excellent. Housekeeping was respectful. Since we were traveling, we had made lots of purchases and sometimes didn't wake up until late in the day when we went on full day outings to other cities. On those days we would ask for no housekeeping and they would provide us with clean towels and honor our request. I think the greatest asset to this hotel is the front desk staff. Rosella was incredibly helpful. She made reservations for dinner, upgraded our room, recommended a nail salon and was generally a friendly and hospitable person. Her associate Carmen was friendly and welcoming as well. The next time I visit Naples, I will be staying at NH Napoli Panorama. The location is close to a lot and just 20-minute walk from the train station.

We can only suspect how this ugly tower block was allowed to be built smack in the middle of Centro Storico but it does offer great views over the city and its port. The hotel rooms start from Floor 16 and all the way to 30.
Lifts were rather slow and rattling a lot.
Our Superior Room was very modern, in line with the ethos of the hotel, with great views over the port and the castle. It was large, sparsely decorated and with minimalist storage space and good lighting.
WiFi signal was good. Bottled water was provided.
Bathroom was compact but functional.
We dined at a little trattoria along the street at the back of the hotel and the food was quite acceptable, though mostly served pasta and pizza.
The hotel is used by airline crews so that’s quite re-assuring.

The service at this hotel was excellent. The check in process was fast and smooth, and we were immediately upgraded to a room on the 26th floor with a view of the bay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed my husband and I have ever slept in (including our own!) There’s a mini bar, which isn’t amazingly well stocked but keeps drinks cold, which we really appreciated. We didn’t try breakfast just because we had trips booked and decided to grab something en route. We requested a late check out, which was granted immediately with no additional charge. I don’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, which is also located in a good position for exploring Naples. It’s also worth noting that taxis are always available waiting directly outside the hotel, and there is a lovely supermarket a three minute walk away.

Stunning view of a bedroom on the top floor, the 30th floor. A beautiful spacious and functional room with a huge bay window and a breathtaking panorama. The best part of the hotel: there are 4 elevators always available and this facilitates the flow for a hotel of this size. The lobby is modern and pleasantly decorated with a bar on the ground floor. Breakfast normally costs 18€ but if you book it in advance for the duration of your stay, it costs only 14.90€ TO KNOW and is on the 1st floor. The weight room is on the 16th floor and is reserved for the reception as they only accept 2 people at a time in the weight room. It is well equipped and sufficient for extra training. The staff is kind and professional. The NH is really ideally located and is a guaranteed option for a successful stay in Naples.
