The hotel is built in a old palazzo but fully refurbished inside. It has grandeur and the courtyards are its best features. We were given a suite style room even thought we had booked the normal room so it was a nice upgrade. The room was big and comfy, just needed a lick of paint to freshen it up more....

We were expecting something closer to the Sofitel experience that we had seen in other countries, but this hotel isn't quite up to par. The design of the hotel is definitely interesting, with interior courtyards for the bar and for the special event space. But the rooms are tired and need some updating. The walls have scuff marks, the bed...

We had a very nice one night stay in a spacious but quirky room. It was a loft with the bed up a tight spiral staircase and the bathroom and a small couch and closet downstairs. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The location bordered on a "gritty" part of town, but we felt safe and...

Wonderful staff and a great hotel all in all. Stefano, i appreciate your professionalism and great hospitality. I watched you deal with other clients as well and your consistently great manners and attention to your customers were very impressive. Thank you! Sara Y.

This hotel was in a beautifully restored old palazzo with every comfort. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the hotel restaurant was excellent as well. The location of the hotel left something to be desired. It's at the edge of a rough neighborhood and while it's near enough to the historic center, it's still a bit of a walk to...

I would highly recommend this hotel and stay over anytime visiting Napoli. Imposante style, elegant & quiet rooms, friendly hospitality, professional staff. I would like to highlight a friendly help of Gennaro from the Spa department, he has exceptional way of dealing with customers, nevertheless he is very kind and helpful with the clients.

Very high class hotel with excellent staff and a good restaurant. The neighborhood around the hotel was rough due to many (apparently homeless) african refugees living on the street and sleeping in the parks. Many overflowing trash dumpsters on the sidewalks and lots of trash in the street made walking anywhere unpleasant.

Nice interiors but resentful staff & noisy. Located right on the edge of a dangerous area. This is a well converted old Palazzo but there's something going on with the staff. It's as if there is a management issue that they're taking out on the customers. Impossible to get served at the bar - glowering refusal to take your order...

The hotel oozes class with beautiful inner courtyards, now covered to make all-weather areas to sit and eat and drink, lovely décor, and well appointed rooms. The service was excellent throughout. Our room was adequate. We felt short-changed that we were given the smallest room on the whole floor (we could see this thanks to the fire exit plan), with...

Extremely noisy! Room okay. Hotel located close to railway station, which is a plus point, but in a very rough area! We didn't feel entirely safe out, so came back to hotel for dinner. Bar was under-serviced, but persevered and went to restaurant, which was just okay. (Waiter rushed to grab our tip before we'd left the table - unusual)....
