I would really like to give this a higher rating, as we liked the hotel. I will say all the great things about this place first then get to the bad news. The location is great, in my opinion. The room was a good size for 3 and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and we all enjoyed it. Wi-fi worked...

This review is a little overdue. We were in Naples to celebrate New Year's eve and chose this hotel for its location as the fireworks and celebration took place at Piazza Plebiscito, just 2 minutes down the street. We had such a perfect time and felt very safe amidst all the partying on the streets. We stayed two nights and...

I stayed at ApartHotel Plebiscito for two nights and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. I got the room with a nice view on Via Chiaia. The location is really great: 10 minutes walk from Toledo metro station, 2 minutes walk from Piazza Plebiscito and 12 minutes walk from Marina. Staff very helpful...

A very basic hotel and room. The bathroom shelf was falling down, the shower alternated between boiling and freezing. Very noisy street if the window is open, but not too bad when closed. The location was pretty good, and the staff were excellent. But let down a little by the quality of the room. It served its purpose, but don’t...

The ApartHotel Plebiscito is in a great location, with a spectacular view of Via Chiaia. That sums up all that is good about the place. The investment made into the structure was at a minimum--visibly shoddy work throughout, from the corridors to the bathrooms. The bathroom is microscopic in size, with no bidet. An unasked for extra bed was placed...

Dear Mrs Jamie, we are very sorry and marveled about what you wrote The hotel is completely new, freshly redone, young and highly qualified staff. Our triple rooms are dimensioned to let the customer stay in maximum comfort. The constant presence of mosquitoes that you cite, are new for us, even you speak of poisons placed inside the corridors of...

This was a nice spot along one of the nicer shopping areas in town. The hotel was good, with decent size rooms and a pretty good breakfast. The rooms were clean and well cared for. Service was outstanding. The biggest issue would be the distance from the underground if you are trying to go elsewhere - it's about a mile...

When we arrived, the staff were very welcoming, everything was ready to make us feel at home! Our room was neat, tidy and cosy, in a modern hotel that mixes old foundations and new walls, as does this incredible city that is built on ancient ruins. The location of the hotel is great, it is very quiet despite being in...

I stayed at ApartHotel for 10 days while I was in Naples taking a pizza training course (April 2013, I'm very late in writing this review!). The staff there was so kind - as a female in her 30s traveling solo, it was almost like a was staying with Aunts and Uncles who were looking out for me but also...

I wouldn´t hesitate to give five stars if weren´t some structural issues: (1) Elevator wasn´t working and it seems that there are more than 3 months that it was out of order. I was very dissapointed about it, specially because I needed help with my heavy luggage; I wasn´t advised about that?! (2) There was no WiFi in room, it...
