Hotel Naples has a great location - 10 minutes from the port on foot, near the railway station, castle, red tour buses around the city. Breakfast is good, there is a choice. New interior, nice. Beautiful view of the city from the terrace on the 7th floor!

This Hotel is ideally located in a very safe area (which is extremely important in Naples!), it's within short distance from main attractions and offers nice views of main street. Rooms are very contemporary, simple and decent size. Very clean too. Air conditioning was a bit difficult to use, but the beds were very comfortable and we were happy with...

As we flew into Naples late at night, we needed somewhere to stop over until the next morning before travelling to the Amalfi Coast. Hotel Naples served its purpose. The room was fairly small but adequate for us. We were grateful for the friendly welcome at reception at 1.30am and the air conditioning in the room when we arrived. The...

We stayed in this Hotel at the end of July and found the staff very friendly, the bar always open and the rooms very clean. It was a good location to get to all of the central areas such as Piazza Plebiscito, Spaccanapoli, the Port and the Staion. Napoli is a litter strewn city that has many problems but also...

My wife and I stayed here in July 2012 and while there are some good points to this hotel I can assure you it is not a 4*. Good points: location near the port and railway station, easy to get on tourist bus, clean rooms, avaerage breakfast. Bad points: Service level erratic to say the least. We failed to be...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Naples for two nights in early June, 2012 and were very pleased with the hotel and the experience. The rooms were quite nice, relatively spacious as far as European hotels go, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering restaurant recommendations and directions galore. I honestly don't remember eating breakfast...

This hotel is well positioned for sightseeing, shopping and for the cruise ships. It is situated on a main street, so thought there would be traffic noise, but it was surprisingly quiet on the 4th floor. The room and hotel in general was very clean and very modern with plenty of clothes storage space. The reception staff were excellent and...

This hotel is on the main street opposite the university. I expected it might be noisy but the rooms are of a good standard and well insulated from the sound. The staff were very helpfull. Plenty to do as its next to the old town, and near the railway (Pompey, Herculaneum and Sorrento), the ferries (Capri et al), the metro...

not so good area. Not much to do at night. Close to the harbour to take boat to Capri. 20 minutes walk from the archiological museum. Good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good rooms.
