Had an excellent stay here. The view from the rooms were commendable overlooking the harbour. Friendly staff, good food, good location, spacious rooms, luxurious facilities would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in excellent condition, from the beautiful inviting lobby to the rooms. The staff is very attentive and extremely polite. The rooms are very classic, such as one would expect from a traditional hotel. I only had breakfast, but that was a true joy, excellent quality and very attentive staff. There wasn't a single thing I could complain...

I have stayed in many a good hotel over the years, but this one has been one of the greatest, if not the greatest, hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived late at night after a fairly arduous journey we received a warm welcome from the staff and were shown to our room. It was very clean and...

Stayed for one night in a jnr suite. The suite was basically two std rooms with an interconnecting door; it also had two balconies and heavy duty blinds. The views from the 3rd floor were great, but go for a higher floor if you want a more panoramic vista. Big marble bathrooms with generic toiletries, high ceilings, wooden floorboards, "vintage"...

Spend a weekend at the hotel . The roof terrace is a must for a nice dinner or a cocktail , overlooking the water . The room was comfortable and clean and I enjoyed my visit . Also, the location was convenient to shopping .

We used this hotel as our base for exploring Naples and surroundings. Our rooms were clean and the balconies had beautiful views over the bay. Breakfast (included) was very good and, in addition to the usual items, featured an extensive selection of delicious Italian cakes. We did not have dinner at the hotel, but enjoyed a variety of nearby dining...

This is a very grand hotel , a little old fashioned and could probably do with a facelift. We had a nice welcome at reception and were upgraded to a junior suite which had fantastic views of the castle in front and sea views to both sides . There are most things that you expect from a 5* hotel however...

We stayed here for a few days while we were in Naples. The hotel is beautiful although it is somewhat worn. Our room was nice with a small separate sitting area and amazing views. The concierge was not very helpful or nice unfortunately. The lobby bar was peaceful but very expensive. A tip if you get a taxi from the...

The location of this hotel is second to none, the views are spectacular across the bay. We stayed for 4 nights & loved it. There are plenty of bars & restaurants within 5-10min stroll along the promenade & Piazza Plebiscito is within 15mins walk, so Naples is easily accessible. Other comments mention nowhere to buy water/snacks... this isn't true...there are...

"The best hotel in Naples," is what I was told by my colleague who is a native of the city. He noted it was the best part of town to stay in and when celebs come to Naples, this is where they stay. (The hotel has paparazzi photos by the elevators in testament to their celebrity magnet status). I was...
