Good: The building is elegant, perfectly located in a beautiful and safe part of Napoli. A wonderful range of cafes, bars and restaurants are in close vicinity. The metro station next door makes any exploring trip simple and easy. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The view from both large windows (bedroom and bathroom) is absolutely beautiful. Beds are...

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Pinto-Storey Hotel. The hotel itself had the elegance of a bygone era and the location was very convenient. It is in a very nice neighbourhood of Naples with lots of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the sea in...

Pinto-Storey was recommended to me by a Neapolitan friend and she was absolutely right to send me there. It's super convenient to all public transport, and just a few steps from Piazza Amadeo, always filled with taxis. Located on the upper floors, it is relatively free of the noise a city like Naples generates, and I had a view over...

We returned happily to the Pinto-Storey after a visit of perhaps 3+ decades ago -- we were very favorably impressed: large & quiet room, immaculate, very comfortable bed, two beautiful views (up toward central Naples hilltop with Certosa di San Martino & Castel Sant'Elmo, and out to Naples harbor & beyond, as far as full outline of Capri itself). Bathroom...

Was here about 10-11 years ago. Good location close to the upmarket shopping area and sea. Spacious, quiet room. It is more about renting a room rather than hotel, because it does not serve breakfast, has no lobby etc (room are located on 4th floor). Found it a bit pricey for what you get, but all in alll a good...

This is a lovely hotel located in a good area of Naples. Spacious room well away from traffic noise, it's 4 floors up. Metro is approx. 100 meters away so its good for access to the historical centre. At the time of writing it has no breakfast facilities but there is lots of places a short distance away that will...

This hotel is located on the 4th floor of 72, Via Giuseppe Martucci. It is the third stop away from Garibaldi station/Naples central station on the metro line 2 (blue line). The piazza and surrounding area is very pleasant and safe. The hotel has a rustic charm about it. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The only draw back...

This hotel was well situated and within walking distance to city, and beach front. It was marred by the hotel being under renovation, which it badly needed. The hotel was very accommodating considering and breakfast was brought to our room every morning. I would like to visit once renovation is complete.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and everything was great...the location was perfect,in a very nice area of Naples and in a beautiful building. The rooms were also very neat and clean. However, the thing that ruined it all for me was the customer service. One elderly lady in particular. I was just returning back to my room one day...

We are very sorry for what happened, but the Hotel management is not responsible for these behaviors because the old lady that the guest refer is not part of the staff, she temporarily staying in our Hotel. If the guest would have expressed his disappointment at the Hotel before departure we would have clarified him everything but unfortunately we haven't...

The location near the metro stop and the area of town are ideal. I imagine most of Naples is noisy so we were grateful for the modern, double-glazed windows that shut out the noise (and the mosquitoes). The air conditioner worked perfectly so we slept comfortably. And, there is a door that separates the bedroom from the entry and bathroom...
