Used Napoli Suites as a base to visit this historic city and its surrounding enclaves. The hotel was very good, it was spacious and clean. Special mention has to be given to Mistina. One of the nicest attentive people we met during our stay. He was there for breakfast each morning and made our coffees which my son couldn't get...

Stayed here 3 nights while visiting Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. Noisy streets but very quiet when you close the window. 7 minute walk from the train station. Rooms have been updated and bathroom was a bit tight with no counter space but we are it work. Breakfast was 6 euro and better than you could find for the same...

A small, modern, clean hotel in an old typical Italian style residential building situated in an energetic street in Naples. The room in which we stayed was very quiet with black out shutters which meant it was very dark, take an alarm otherwise you will sleep all day! Staff are very friendly and always on hand to offer advice on...

Initial Impressions were poor as we had to ring a bell to be let in, and the entrance gives a very poor impression, bare, empty, and with a large old-fashioned metal lift. I was ready to go back out at that point, but the receptionist came to meet us and showed us how to actually work the lift!! Once upstairs,...

We spent two nights in Napoli and wanted a clean quiet place close the train station. Napoli suites provided us with both. The clerks were very accommodating and friendly. We were greeted each day with a friendly hello and the breakfast was perfect for our European holiday. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the worst experience with this hotel. We advised the receptionist ahead of time that we were arriving around midnight by train to Napoli from Milano. We were promised that someone will waiting for us. We were standing in front of the door of the building were the hotel resides on the first floor, for almost an hour without...

I stayed here for a few nights with my family and this was my favorite hotel of my Europe trip! The staff was warm and helpful in regards to finding food options nearby as well as booking tours. You also can't beat the breakfast, they have the best cappuccinos ever. I'll be back! Highly recommend it!

Napoli suites was located close to the bus and train station. The friendly and helpful "bar guy" makes a superb cappuccino to accompany breakfast. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We're staying there again when we fly out of Italy.

We arrived at the Napoli Suite after escaping a terrible terrible hotel. Because of our previous experience we wanted to see the hotel first. Mario open the door for us, and welcomed us with a great friendly smile. As soon as we entered the hotel, which is located in a larger residential building, we felt safe. A total change from...

“If you expect to be going anytime with even remotely good weather, I suggest going for the Casanova suite that has the roof terrace. We decided against it because the inside living area looks smaller, but I regret this decision.”
