Stayed here last from July 4-July 9 2016, and I was very pleased with the hotel accommodation's/staff. Super convenient location close to the train station if you want to use Naples as a jump off base. I walked to the ferry from the hotel, and took it across the Bay of Naples to Capri, on my last day I walked...

Stayed here for 4 days 23 - 27 Feb 2017. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room cleaned daily. Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. The restaurant served a varied classic Italian menu, changed daily lots of seafood and pasta. Room service available, and bar/cafe, very reasonable prices. The Rissotto was the best ever so creamy topped truffle oil and...

Stayed at this so called four star hotel. Which in my opinion is no more than a glorified Bed and Breakfast. Upon arrival the first thing that springs up is the filth of the area. Where every payment is peppered with dog mess, litter, food wastage. Upon entering the room I was astonished at a the room decor which was...

Dear Guest, thanks for your honest and genuine review. Fortunately (for me) completely at odds with the average opinions of our customers. The TA readers can get a more truthful idea about the Ramada Naples. Warm regards, Massimo De Angelis General Manager

We stayed here just for a night since we were using Naples as a base for a couple of day trips. it is a few steps away from the bus station so very convenient. The area is a bit seedy but we didn't have any issues. Room was decent but old.. nothing too fancy. Breakfast was ok.

Directly next to the train station, this hotel is dated but comfortable enough with plenty of space in the rooms. We had been to Naples before and knew this was a seedy area, but had no problem walking at night to an excellent restaurant nearby, Da Donata. Quiet, good value, easy for an early flight.

We booked this hotel for two nights. On day one, we left our luggage in the hotel and went for a day trip to Amalfi coast through Circumvesuviana. This hotel is ACTUALLY located in front of Piazza Garibaldi station of Circumvesuviana train line and very near to Napoli Centrale station (from here you can catch train for anywhere in Italy)...

Based on previous reviews and some experiences of Ramada elsewhere this exceeded our expectations. Yes, it's seedy around the train station but at no time did we feel unsafe. The area is well lit and we kept our wits around us and always had our valuables in a money belt or a pacsafe backpack. We really liked the location for...

The hotel was good, room had everything we needed, breakfast was good. When we got there we were put on the 6th floor, we asked to move lower and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location for transport to elsewhere such as Pompeii sorrento etc. Only downside is that the hotel is right in...

We arrived very early but we could leave our luggage and go to explore Naples . Having read the reviews we asked for a room either high up or away from the traffic noises. We ended up on the 3rd floor at the front but traffic was not a problem. However the view was not in the " to die...

Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel was incredible and really could not fault it for the price we paid. Room was a bit noisy with the constant beeping from the vehicles as a main road runs outside. Would advise trying to request a room at the back if possible. All the staff we dealt with were incredibly helpful and...
