The location of the hotel was good but that's pretty much where it ends! Room was average- shower was filthy dirty, was very reluctant to actually have a shower! Bed was 2 singles pushed together, crazy hard and uncomfortable and average pillows too. The heating/aircon wouldn't work and we had a group of kids screaming and running around outside our...

The hotel is small and clean. Is has a very good location near the train station. If you arrive from the airport and you take the Alibus, the first stop is near the hotel. We had a triple room with an incredibly big terrace with Naples view. The breakfast was ok and the staff very helpfull and kind.

Our double room had 1 double and 2 single beds. We had more than enough space for us and our luggage. The hotel is located near the questionable Garibaldi Square area but inside feels safe. Very convenient location for Central Station and Alibus to airport. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was excrement on the toilet brush and a...

The hotel inside was clean, the room had everything you needed, comfy bed, clean bathroom (some maintenance needed), balcony overlooking the city (ask for top floor). The location though was a bit sketchy and a bit grubby. I wasn't too keen on walking to the hotel at night. The reception is open 24 hours though and I was questioned if...

This hotel, very near to the train station in Naples, was a very good find. The room was very good and clean. It was on the top floor, so it had a big and great balcony. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. All the staff were gery friendly and helpfull. Very good option.

Hotel is ideal for 1-2 nights. Alibus station is nearby. That was our point to book this hotel, cause we got to go into the airport early at morning. Room was ok, bathroom too. Not new, but in good condition. But Air conditioning was old one model, that was loud and made so strong wind, that we've got to switch...

If you want a terrible hotel with terrible reception desk staff, terrible rooms, terrible beds, a sink that smells like pee and a place that smells like a zoo and has red flags all over the place then stay here. Seriously this place was awful. Red flags were going off in my head the entire time. I felt unsafe in...

Room smelled like an ash tray--someone was definitely smoking cigarettes in there previously. There were 0 people in the hotel, like it felt like North Korea up in that place. Bedding was abysmal, disgusting green sheets with stains. No bible or safe in the room--front desk wanted to keep our passports because they had a sign on the front desk...

I was sent to this hotel from Napoli Centrale B&B (because they got an overbooking). Let's see, I was assured I would get the same price but the receptionist made me pay more and I was not in position to go out and search for another place with a heavy suitcase on a nice late July afternoon (+36C) in Naples....

Not worth the small amount of money at all. Beds was terrible, AC didn't work (imagine sleeping in Napels in mid July.) the wifi couldn't connect on our floor, the receptionist didn't bother re-start it even though we told them it didn't work. The breakfast that we paid extra for was an attractive. Melted cheese and warm yoghurt. Thumbs up...

  • This is the air conditioner, I was afraid a rat could come out of it
