Place was easy to find from Garibaldi station. Clean, spacious, has a room safe, quiet, comfy/soft bed, good breakfast. However when we returned after 2 weeks we were given a different room with a couple of problems. 1. the room safe was of the credit card swipe type and we couldn't get it to work and even if we'd got...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I have stayed at this hotel before when it was still Mercure (now Ibis Styles after refurbishment). The location is excellent, close to the central railway station. Finally Piazza Garibaldi next to it has been revamped and constructed with new shopping outlets/metro station Garibaldi all nicely up and running, and the environment is much more pleasant than when I last...

I read reviews ahead of time so I knew to expect "not so great" area but that's an understatement. My husband and I did not feel safe walking from the train station to the hotel. The room is clean albeit dated, mostly quiet (once the trains quit running). Breakfast was good _ one of the few places we have found...

Dear Guest, Thanks for the review, I'm sorry for your concern about the area, I can assure you that it is not dangerous and it is not more dangerous than other areas of Naples or other major cities. I hope to see you soon Gennaro Esposito

If you are only by passing Napoli and needed somewhere to stay that is close to the train station, I would highly recommend this little Oasis that is surprisingly close to the terminal and next to the train line (you actually don't hear anything at all after you close the door. Modern and good connection of internet.

Loved the location, the price, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the hotel. Was worried after hearing area was rough, but its fine, there are a few dodgy people about but no different to anywhere else. Only a 20 minute bus ride to airport for 4Euro's, and bus station 200M away, as is Metro L1 and central station. Perfect well...

We were in Naples for only 2 nights, but didn't quite see the city. The hotel's location is EXCELLENT! The metro as well as the central train station are a mere 2 minutes walk (which we did not know of, and took a cab to instead) and it is centrally located. But it is located at a dead end and...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We enjoyed our day trip to Pompeii. We enjoyed our day trip to Amalfi. We did not enjoy our stay in Naples. This was without a doubt the worst place of our months visit to Italy. Dirty city. Unfriendly people. Graffiti on almost every wall in the dirty city. Many many "refugees' throughout...

This hotel was a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Naples. Situated close to the station, it was clean, excellent value, with all the usual hidden costs included. Also included in the price was a wonderful buffet breakfast. The hotel is right next to the train track but don't be put off as the rooms have excellent sound...

We stayed at the hotel for 2 separate nights during our visit to Naples and Sorrento. Hotel is in an excellent position for both the bus from the airport and also the train station. 15 min walk to the old town and numerous restaurants. The first room was twice the size of the 2nd and had a balcony / full...

We chose this hotel because of its central location next to the train station. It was a base to go and visit the arcalogical sites out of town. Check in was fast ( apart from asking to see the card that we had booked with - normally we don't take cards with us - but fortunately this one time we...
