My girlfriend booked this for my birthday trip. We had a junior suite with a big bed, plenty of storage space and a good bathroom. The building is old with very high ceilings and once inside the hotel part it looks the part. Walls are...More

Despite the very welcoming and nice staff, this hotel does not deserve at all 4 stars. Very great location but overpriced and the showers and sink were clogged. Good breakfast but linens to be improved.
great location. can be difficult to find. dont be put off of by the outside area. Right off the main street. great customer service, very hotel/B&B. Good value for money. Staff will give you a city map and information on places to visit and eat....More

Toledo on Line 1, which starts at Garibaldi Central Station. A short walk to the hotel, full of hustle and bustle, which can take the newly arrived and tired traveller aback at first. An official taxi from the airport is preferable rather than going from the airport to the Central Station and changing, especially as it will be allowed to use the pedestrian street and can leave you at the door. Cost is about 15 euros.
Toledo is reputedly one of the most beautiful metro stations in Italy. In the other direction, it takes you up the hill to Vomero, a fairly posh shopping and residential district than the livelier historic centre where you are staying. But staggering views from the San Martino Museum in the Vomero, especially in late afternoon sunlight.

We took taxi from airport so no comment on other methods. Taxi easy to get at airport but because hotel in pedestrian area taxi can't take you exactly to hotel door ..stops and you have to walk about 30 metres.
