Nice hotel with excellent staff, large clean room (with a bit of a view) strong free Wifi (get a new Wifi code each day) powerful shower (with slight musty smell), very comfortable bed, effective aircon, and reasonable buffet breakfast included in the rate. Many historic sites within easy walking distance of the hotel and about 25 minutes walk to Central...

This hotel more than met our expectations. Our room was clean and inviting. Indeed it felt quite new and well-maintained. The bedroom and bathroom were in an upstairs loft with a small pull-out couch and desk area on the main floor. Several sitting areas in the hotel, but we particularly liked the interior courtyard. Air conditioning, like many places we've...

We spent two nights here the 1st week of October. The room was immaculate. The staff helpful and friendly. We booked a terrace room which was a great place to spend a relaxing end of the evening after treking through busy and congested Naples. The bed was firm as we like it to be, the water in the shower was...

Dear Guest, Thank you for praising the Hotel and our staff but we want to specify that our breakfast room is not huge but this is the fact that in a building of 1500 is hard to find environments perfectly suited to the needs of a modern enterprise like ours. In fact the breakfast rooms were the old stables of...

My wife and I stayed at the hotel Piazza Bellini for 5 nights recently. I asked for one of the terrace rooms up on the top floor with a view of Mt Vesuvius. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was good. The room was as asked for, and having a patio to sit...

Hotel Piazza Bellini is in a great location in the middle of Naples' historic district. It is within walking distance of the waterfront, including Castel Nuovo and the royal palace, the archaeological museum, and many other historic sites. It is also right off Via Toledo, which is lined with interesting shops and cafes and closed for passeggiata (the walk) in...

Dear GUEST, We are really sorry for what was occurred in your room, we have noticed the problem near the window only after your departure. We are really sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay, but if you'd told us of the problem immediately certainly we could change rooms as we did for the customer who come after you. We...

The hotel is situated in the historical part of Naples, which is a terrific advantage. A problem is actually getting to it by car, but the hotel is very helpful with directions and arranging for you to drive inside where other cars are not allowed. The biggest disadvantage is that the parking is quite a long way from the hotel....

We arrived in Naples with some trepidation based on what we had read about this city - crime, filth, litter etc - however apart from an attempt by our initial taxi to overcharge us, we encountered no crime and never felt uncomfortable. Although set in an old building, this hotel has modern bedrooms with very good internal lighting and airconditioning....

This is a great hotel, trendy and modern but in the old historical part of the city. We were upgraded to a mezzanine room, 210, which had loads of room, very quiet despite looking over the front, with big modern bathroom. Lovely courtyard to sit in the early evening with a drink .Great breakfast, helpful friendly staff although we didn't...

We found the hotel a true blessing after being dropped by the crazy taxi driver about 200 yeards from the hotel in the Piazza Bellini and fighting our way through young people partying on the square to get to the hotel, seeing the outer gate and buzzing to get into the very peaceful garden upon arrival. Who knew in Italy...
