Stayed for one night in January. I was lucky to have Carmena as the receptionist. She was extremely helpful and kind. I walked from the main train station of Pompeii and it took me more than an hour to get to the hotel, but when I arrived there Carmena told me that there is another station which is only 10-15 min away. She gave me a local map and described to me what interesting places I could visit and how to reach them. The room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. If I ever return to Pompeii, I will certainly stay here again. P.S: 1) based on my experience, in January it may be rather cold sometimes, and rain is frequent; 2) there's a pizzeria at the intersection of via Ponte Persica and via Provinciale Ripuaria, called Trammiere. It's only 5-10 min walk from Costa Hotel. I ordered two pizzas to-go, waited for 30 min or so (because they seem to have a lot of orders in the evening), but it was totally worth it. The chef who makes pizzas is a really extraordinary person. Believe me, you will not forget this place if you visit it.…

As a professional chief engineer I always travel and spend a lot of time in hotels, what I found here, in this hotel is more than I was expecting, confortable and clean rooms, good service, excellent food and employers that love their job and care for their guests, always friendly as if you are part of the family, that's amazing to me. I wish to thank they all, and I will back, this time not for business but for pleasure, Pompei is in a quarter of hour, and it will be easy to be part of the family once again.

I would like to say a very loving thankyou to Carmela, Pasue, for an amazing experience for my week stay. All staff was there for my every need day or night and even the little dog nino to keep me company! Very homely and friendly feel with class. The view and food was to die for. My family enjoyed all of our stay.

My stay at Costa Hotel was really amazing! I was made to feel very welcome, I was even lent a charger when I needed one! They booked a taxi for me too! Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay! I can’t thank you all enough!

Thank you so much Carmen, Carmens mother and Nino (the cutest dog) for giving us the best stay and experience in Italy. Felt like we had visited family and we are regretting so much for not staying longer. We stayed for 6 nights and visited several places near Pompeii. It was the perfect base. We avoided crowded areas, but still had a short distance to everything. We started every morning at the beach and in the evening we visited new places. We went to Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Castellammare, Napoli and the Archaeological Park of Pompeii. Positano and Sorrento is a must !! Everything was between 45 to 5 minutes from the hotel whit car. If you don’t have a car, just ask Carmen and she will help you!!! She is the best. The train is near the hotel and you can take it to visit the Amalfi Coast. Another tip is to take the train from Napoli to Rome, it only takes 1,5 hour. Whit other words, Costa Hotel hast the best location. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. A very nice terrace where you can tan, chill or take a outdoor shower. The patio was beautiful whit many fruit trees and places to sit. Where you can enjoy a drink from the bar. A very charming and cozy hotel, that felt like home and we can't wait to come back!!…

The hotel was lovely! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us find transportation and a wonderfully delicious dinner for a very large group. Carmen is a rockstar, who made our visit to Pompeii amazing!! The rooms were very clean and the price was really great. The breakfast was delicious and everything was very convenient for a Pompeii tour the next morning. Grazie mille!

The room was small but practical in a very Italian like neighborhood. About a 25 min walk from the port where you can scuba dive or Yamaha store where you can rent a motorcycle. About a 10 min walker from a train station that can take you to Naples or the beautiful town Sorrento.

We stayed at this hotel begining of May 2022 and all I can say is if you want to visit Pompeii then stay here. It's a great little hotel and all staff are really helpful. Definitely would stay here again.
