Quod Libet is an excellent choice for staying in Rome. We were friendly welcomed by Agostino. With a drink he explained us what and how to visit this magnificent city. We stayed in the spring room. A jolly and clean room with comfortable bed and enough space. Bathroom is nice with good amenities. Only watch out while taking a shower....

This B&B was the best located of any on our entire trip. We went from the airport to the room in less than 45m. The B&B is steps from a metro train station, only minutes from the Vatican and maybe 20-30 minutes from the major attractions of Rome. We walked everywhere and hardly needed to use public transportation. The rooms...

Reading many reviews on tripadvisor you wonder how true some are or if its just people having a whinge or over exaggerating. However this is not the case with this property it is no wonder that it has so many glowing reviews and is very deserving of its number 1 rating .The experience was like stayng with Italian family and...

The bed and breakfast is situated in a grand apartment building about a 5-10 minute walk from the Vatican. The room was spacious, bright, modern and clean. It had a lovely ensuite, high ceilings and large windows. There was also a modern air-conditioning system - very effective and very quiet. We were met at the airport and when we arrived...

We spent 3 nights in Rome in at the start of August. We found Quod Libet (QL) through our online research and booked well in advance for our stay in Rome. And I am so glad we stayed there! QL is on the top floor of an apartment. It looked newly done up with comfortable rooms. Agostinos, who hosted us...

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay at QuodLibet was. Agostino and staff made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. Locations is great (steps from Metro, 5min from Vatican). Recent renovations make the rooms feel like a boutique hotel back in the US, while the bathtub and breakfast (which is HUGE) that is brought into...

I have never stayed at a homestay and having worked in hotels earlier I have a very critical eye towards everything(this is the bane of my existence). So I was a bit apprehensive but the moment I stepped in, I realized my apprehensions were unfounded. We were met by Gianluca who checked us in and patiently explained to us about the...

The QuodLibet is on the top floor of what looks like an apartment building a few steps from Vatican City. It’s in a quiet area lined with trees and surrounded by local boutiques, Gelato shop, bakery and quaint restaurants. Even if it's on the top floor, it's easily accessible through a small elevator. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and...

QuodLibet is an exceptional bed and breakfast in every way. My husband and I stayed four days and it was a wonderful experience. It is located less than a block from the Metro Station making access to anywhere in the city an inexpensive quick trip. It is also a very short walking distance to the Vatican. Breakfast was a generous...

We had a wonderful 6 day stay in this establishment. Excellent location. Excellent restaurant recommendations. But more importantly is the great service that these two gentlemen provide to each and every guest. They make you all feel special. The place is super clean as well. We stayed in the Autumn Room. It faces the inside courtyard and being a light...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
