The hotel is well located and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Our room was amazing- we spent the whole time with the balcony doors open as the view of the garden was incredible (shown in picture). The room was also kept immaculate. The people at the front desk were lovely and very accommodating; Stephano even took the time to teach me some Italian phrases as I was extremely lacking! I honestly cannot fault this hotel; me and my friend had a brilliant time and no doubt, if we returned to Rome, we would stay here again!

Booked a city break such a long time ago and forgot to keep check on reviews. If I’d if known we was staying in “student halls” I would of changed the hotel. Arrived at 10.00pm and found nowhere was open for a light snack/drink so my husband got told to go get a drink from the kebab shop. Every single night there was noise from around 10.30pm-3.30am from students shouting and screaming! A few other guests Commented how noisy it was between these times! Breakfast was awful, some pastries that tasted like they had been sat there days, fruit that all the students picked over and some scrambled egg, sausage and bacon. No choice of fresh orange juice. The rooms was lovely. Really comfy massive beds, mini fridge. Beautiful bathroom with huge shower. But no Kettle in the room??? Iv never stayed anywhere that doesn’t have a kettle in the room! Some reception staff was fabulous and helped as much as they could, others didn’t even bother to understand what you was saying. Upon checking out this am I asked how often the maids actually “ cleaned” the rooms and the beds was changed. apparently every 2 days. I commented ours hasn’t been done since we arrived and I knew as we spilt a little drink on the end of the bed Thursday night and all they did was turn the sheets round! I suggested maybe getting new cleaners! We also found some wonderful little Italians around a 20 min walk from the hotel. Better than actually in Rome! +point for the hotel is how close it is to the metro line. €20 for 3 days which is the best way to get around! The massive supermarket down the road is amazing and found the staff very helpful in there. Wouldn’t return here. Unless it was actually clarified what the hotel is classed as!

After spending many hours traveling I was really looking forward to getting some rest, but after arriving in my room which was 26°F (79°C), I couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioning. I called reception and was told the air conditioning for the whole building is off because apparently it's not summer yet and it wouldn't be turned on for several more days. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that I would need to wait until Monday (it was Saturday). I asked if they had a fan they could provide and they said no. Zero effort to attempt to improve the situation. Don't stay here if you value good service and don't stay here in the spring or fall if you care about room temperature.

Travelled with my husband to Rome for a couple of days. Hotel is in a great location - metro station only 5 minute walk from the hotel and only 5 stops to the Colliseum. The area does look a bit rough but we didn’t have any problems. Staff were lovely, although on check in we were told that city tax had to be paid - we weren’t aware of this when booking with loveholidays and they were quite adment that they needed a credit card to pay this. We gave them a debit card as we dont have a credit card and said they couldnt accept a debit card but we said we could only pay via debit card or cash, we ended up paying by cash. Breakfast was poor, not much choice, ended up just having yogurt every morning. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Clean towels and linen (if needed) every day. Would stay again, but wouldn’t have breakfast.

Location: 20 Min metro ride from Termini. 5 minutes from Pietralata Metro Station. Excellent Location Check In Process: Very efficient & Reception staff are fluent in English Room: The family room were two rooms & very spacious. There is no tea/coffee making facility in the room. An iron & ironing board is available in the laundry in level -1. The television had very few english channels. Breakfast: There was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, boiled eggs, cornflakes, wheatflakes etc. There were a few differnt varieties of tarts, croissants etc. You can order freshly made capuccino's, latte etc with no additional cost. The quality of the Juices could be improved. Dinner: There is a pizzeria approx. 400 mtrs away & the hotel has a restaurant as well. Check Out Process: Very efficient. We left our luggage on the last day and collected it later. We loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is more of a student campus that a tourist hotel. The room was like the ones described in the photos, but the housekeeping was not the best there is. The breakfast was a little poor, but you get use to it eventually. The staff was very friendly. Also, a good choice for those traveling a lot by metro, is near the Pietralata station and you travel like 7 direct stations to Colosseum Station.

Me and my boyfriend visited here the within November 2018 and have no complaints whatsoever!!! Rooms were always clean & tidy and staff where so helpful. We had breakfast included which was cereals, meats, pastries, fruit and yoghurt which were constantly being replaced and kept up to standard. When we arrived we were slightly confused as the hotel is in the middle of no where, apart from a small shop around the corner & a takeaway. However we got our bearings and the metro is LITERALLY 5 mins walk. This metro is amazing and takes you everywhere!! You can buy a ticket for 72hrs (cheap) and there is stations for everywhere you want to go (termini station was the main one which was walking distance from Trevi fountain, Vatican etc) after our day trips we always came home to a clean room which was very modern and cosy! Would DEFINITELY stay again, great for a city break!
