This hotel is very close to the Roma Termini Station.Just a few minutes walk to the city center. The rooms and bathroom are relatively new.Free kafe anytime. The management staff is very lean. but efficient. One improvement requested though, can the hotel provide at least bottled water for breakfast?

Really great location about 400m from Roma Termini. Small but clean room with private bath. Breakfast was included, but there was hardly anything provided. I would stay again based upon value and location.

I stayed here for one night when staying a night in Rome. I loved the room, the service and the location. The room was quiet and I slept very well. I will absolutely stay here again when passing through Rome, and I would recommend others to stay at this hotel as well.

Dem Guesthouse is a very good hotel for the money (we paid ~£60/n in Oct. 2016). The hotel is near the main train station of Rome so is easy to get to; altough it can be a bit difficult to find (it's number 48, but it's not near 46 and 50 on the even side of the road). In terms...

The location is close to Termini station, which is fine. The area isn't bad as some other reviewers have commented. It's a colorful area, but that is true of much of Rome. It's a bit of a walk to most things, but easy to access most things via the Metro just up the street. A little noisy being so close...

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was ok. Don't expect too much but anyways is worth for what you paying for. The rooms are clean but too small. They provide 24 hours coffee and tea and some croissants for breakfast. The location is just near to Termini but be careful the neighborhood is very dirty. A lot of...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
