Clean hotel with a slightly crazy design, but ho cares about that when traveling on a budget? Close to Termini and the metro, easy access to sights. Good value for the money, wifi only works in the corridor though.
Very nice rooms (we booked 3), two very big and a third a good size. Shared bathroom was very clean. Owner was very nice and helpful. Very well located near termini station and not far from all of Romes attractions. Many restaurants nearby.
We chose this hotel, because of its location and we were not disappointed. We were in Rome for 4 days, and didn't take the bus once, cause we managed to get everywhere by foot from the hotel. The rooms are very clean and nice decorated....More
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
The people here are very friendly ! I arrived late night and they made sure they were there to receive me. But you obviously need to inform them in advance. I dropped an email and called to remind them.
